Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi sangat ditentukan
oleh pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia yaitu orang orang yang
menyediakan tenaga, bakat kreatifitas dan semangat bagi perusahaan serta
memegang peranan penting dalam fungsi peranan operasional perusahaan.
Karyawan sebagai pelaku dalam kinerja perusahaan memiliki nilai penting
demi terwujudnya tujuan-tujuan perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan akan selalu
berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dengan harapan saat
kinerja karyawan meningkat, perusahaan akan lebih mudah mencapai
tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi beberapa faktor antara
lain gaji, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang dominan
terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Ayam Penyet Ria Medan.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif
dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel menggunakan teknik sampling
jenuh yaitu dengan mengikutsertakan semua anggota populasi sebagai
sampel yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang
digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan.
Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software
statistik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaji dan
kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada
Restoran Ayam Penyet Ria Medan . Faktor yang paling dominan
mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Restoran Ayam Penyet Ria Medan
adalah kepemimpinan, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.585 dan nilai
thitung sebesar 2.382.

The success of a company or organization is largely determined by
the utilization of human resources are the people who provide the energy,
creative talent and passion for the company and plays an important role in
the functioning of the company's operational role. Employees as actors in
the performance of their importance for the realization of the goals of the
company. Each company will always strive to improve the performance of
employees with current expectations improved employee performance,
companies can more easily achieve its goals. Employee performance is
influenced several factors such as salary, work environment, leadership,
and organizational culture.
This study aims to determine the dominant factor on the
performance of employees at Ayam Penyet Ria Restaurant Medan. The
method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. Samples
using saturation sampling technique is to include all members of the
population as a sample of 20 people. Data collection methods used are
observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Data were
analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical
software.
The results showed that the variable salary and leadership
significantly influence employee performance in Ayam Penyet Ria
RestaurantMedan. The most dominant factor affecting the performance of
employees at Ayam Penyet Ria RestaurantMedan is leadership, with a
regression coefficient of 0585 and amounted to 2.382 tcount.
