Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Unit Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Tahun 2015

ABSTRAK

Perawat dan bidan memiliki posisi yang penting di dalam sistim pelayanan
kesehatan di rumahsakit di samping dokter. Perawat merupakan ujung tombak baik
tidaknya pelayanankesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien karenaselama 24 jam
perawat selalu berinteraksi denganpasien.Penilaiankinerjaperawatadalahsuatu proses
di
mana
pencapaiankinerjaindividuataukelompokdiukurdandievaluasidandibandingkandengan
standar yang telahditentukan. Salah satufaktor yang memengaruhikinerja perawat
adalahkepuasan. Perawat yang puas dengan pekerjaannya akan selalu hadir bekerja
dan tidak akan terlambat datang ketempat kerja, tidak akan pindah kerja,dan
mempunyai komitmen terhadap tujuan organisasi
Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode survey analitik secara kuantitatif dengan
desaincross sectionalyang bertujuanuntukmengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja
terhadap kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Sari Mutiara Lubuk
Pakam dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 52 perawat dengan menggunakan metode
Total Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis univariat, analisis
bivariat dengan uji korelasipearson, dan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi linear.

Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson menunjukkan
variabel yang bermakna yaituPay Satisfaction, Promotion Satisfaction, Supervision
Satisfaction, Coworker Satisfaction, Satisfaction with work itself, Altruism, Status,
Environment. Dari analisa multivariat uji F diperoleh semua variabel kepuasan kerja
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja.

ABSTRACT


Besides doctors, nurses and midwives also play an important role in health
care system in a hospital. Nurses are a spearhead in determining whether a health
care provided for patients is good or bad since they have to interact with patients
within 24 hours a day. Evaluating nurses’ performance is a process in which each
individual performance is assessed or evaluated and compared with the established
standard. One of the factors which influence nurses’ performance is satisfaction. A
nurse who is satisfied with his or her own achievement will always come to work on
time, will not move to another job, and will have commitment for the organizational
goal.
The research was a quantitative analytic survey with cross sectional design
which was aimed to find out the influence of work satisfaction on nurses’
performance in the Inpatient Wards of Sari Mutiara Hospital, LubukPakam. The
population was 52 nurses, and all of them were used as the samples, using total
sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using univatriate analysis, bivatriate
analysis with Pearson correlation test, and multivatriate analysis with linear
regression test.
The result of the research, using Pearson correlation test, showed that the
significant variables were Pay Satisfaction, Promotion Satisfaction, Supervision
Satisfaction, Co-worker Satisfaction, Satisfaction work itself, Altruism, Status, and

Environment. The result of multivatriate F-test showed that all variables of work
satisfaction had the influence on work performance.
It is recommended that the hospital management pay more attention to
nurses’ work satisfaction since it has significant influence on their performance.
