Contoh perhitungan dosis ekstrak etanol daun Sirsak yang akan diberikan
pada mencit
- Dosis suspensi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak yang akan dibuat adalah 15 mg/kg bb,
25 mg/kg bb, dan 35 mg/kg bb.
a. Cara pembuatan suspensi ekstrak daun sirsak:
Timbang 15, 25 dan 35 mg ekstrak daun sirsak digerus di dalam lumpang
berbeda, kemudian ditambahkan sedikit CMC 0,5% digerus sampai homogen.
Dituang ke dalam labu tentukur 10 ml, ditambah CMC 0,5% sampai batas tanda.
b. Berapa volume suspensi ekstrak daun Sirsak yang akan diberikan pada
mencit? - Misalnya: BB mencit = 30 g
= 1,5 mg/ml
= 2,5 mg/ml
= 3,5 mg/ml

12.1 Data Orientasi Dosis Prednison (Imunosupresan)
Prosedur pengukuran Hematologi
Kelompok 1: Kelompok normal, tidak diberi perlakuan.
Kelompok 2: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 5
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 3: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 10
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 4: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 15
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 5: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 20
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi

hematologi menggunakan alat haematology analyzer yaitu Cell-Dyn 1800.

mg/kg BB secara oral.

Contoh perhitungan dosis ekstrak etanol daun Sirsak yang akan diberikan

- Dosis suspensi ekstrak etanol daun sirsak yang akan dibuat adalah 15 mg/kg bb,
25 mg/kg bb, dan 35 mg/kg bb.
a. Cara pembuatan suspensi ekstrak daun sirsak:
Timbang 15, 25 dan 35 mg ekstrak daun sirsak digerus di dalam lumpang
berbeda, kemudian ditambahkan sedikit CMC 0,5% digerus sampai homogen.
Dituang ke dalam labu tentukur 10 ml, ditambah CMC 0,5% sampai batas tanda.
b. Berapa volume suspensi ekstrak daun Sirsak yang akan diberikan pada
mencit? - Misalnya: BB mencit = 30 g
= 1,5 mg/ml
= 2,5 mg/ml
= 3,5 mg/ml

12.1 Data Orientasi Dosis Prednison (Imunosupresan)
Prosedur pengukuran Hematologi
Kelompok 1: Kelompok normal, tidak diberi perlakuan.
Kelompok 2: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 5
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 3: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 10
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 4: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 15
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 5: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 20
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Kelompok 6: Mencit diberi suspensi prednison pada hari pertama dengan dosis 25
mg/kg BB, kemudian pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberi
CMC 0,5% per BB mencit/hari secara oral.
Pada hari kedelapan, setelah 4 jam pemberian larutan sesuai dengan
masing-masing kelompok, diambil darah dari ekor hewan dengan menggunting
ekornya, dimasukkan kedalam vaculab berisi heparin sodium. Diukur parameter
hematologi menggunakan alat haematology analyzer yaitu Cell-Dyn 1800.

mg/kg BB secara oral.
Kelompok II: Kelompok uji, pada hari pertama diinduksi dengan SP 5 mg/kg BB
secara oral pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberikan
Suspensi Ekstrak Etanol Daun Sirsak (SEDS) dengan dosis 100
mg/kg BB secara oral.
Kelompok III: Kelompok uji, pada hari pertama diinduksi dengan SP 5 mg/kg BB
secara oral pada hari kedua hingga hari kedelapan diberikan
Suspensi Ekstrak Etanol Daun Sirsak (SEDS) dengan dosis 200
mg/kg BB secara oral.
Pada hari kedelapan, setelah 4 jam pemberian larutan sesuai dengan
masing-masing kelompok, diambil darah dari ekor hewan dengan menggunting
ekornya, dimasukkan kedalam vaculab berisi heparin sodium. Diukur parameter
hematologi menggunakan alat haematology analyzer yaitu Cell-Dyn 1800.
