grade students. It is equal to 15.78 of 19 adverbs tested in this research. It shows that there are only a few of adverbs mastered 95 by the twelve grade students.
4.1.2.2.3 Academic words mastered 90 by the twelve grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari
Table 4.10 below presents the students’ mastery of academic words mastered by the twelve grade students, especially the words which are 90
mastered. Ninety percent means that there are two students from twenty respondents who are not able to master the words.

From the table, it can be seen that the number of nouns mastered 90 is only 22 nouns of 335 nouns. It shows that the nouns mastered by the most of
respondents are 22 nouns or 6.56 of 335 nouns in the vocabulary test. The number of verbs mastered 90 is 12 words of 123 words. In the form of
percentage, it is 9.75 of 123 verbs. It means that there are only a few of verbs that can be mastered by the students.
Table 4.10 shows that the adjectives mastered 90 are 9 adjectives or 7.5 of 120 adjectives. It means that most of the respondents are able to know the
meaning of the adjectives well. The adverbs mastered 90 based on the table are only 2 words. In the form of percentage, 2 of 19 adverbs are 10.52. It means the
students’ mastery of adverbs based on the percentage is low since they are only able to master 2 of 19 adverbs.
4.1.2.2.4 Academic words mastered 85 by the twelve grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari
In the table below, the words mastered 85 by the students are presented. Eighty five percent mastered means that most of the respondents are able to
master the words well and there are only three respondents who are not able to match the words and the meanings. Table 4.11 presents the words based on the
lexical category.

Entirely, the words mastered 85 by the students in the table are 25 and the nouns mastered are 12 of 335 words. It means that the respondents are able to
know the meaning the nouns well. The verbs mastered 85 according to this table PLAGIAT MERUPAKAN TINDAKAN TIDAK TERPUJI
are 6 words or 4.87 of 123 verbs in the test. It means that there are only a few students who are not able to master the words, while the others are able to match
the words with the correct meanings. The number of adjectives mastered 85 in table 4.11 is 6 words or 5 of
120 adjectives. The students’ mastery of adjectives based on the percentage in table 4.11 is low because there is only a few students who are able to know the
word meanings. There is only a verb that can be mastered 85 by the students. It shows that most of the students are only able to master an adverb or 5.26 of 19
adverbs. In other words, the students taken as the samples are only able to master an adverb.
4.1.2.2.5 Academic words mastered 80 by the twelve grade students in SMA Negeri 1 Wonosari
Table 4.12 presents the academic words mastered 80 by the twelve grade students. Eighty percent mastered means that there are 16 of 20 respondents can
master the words. The words mastered 80 are presented as follows.
