5.2 Suggestions

Based on the conclusion, there are two suggestions presented in this section. These suggestions are aimed to the English teachers and the next researchers. The suggestions are presented as follows: 1. After knowing the result of this research, it is suggested to the English teachers that they should be able to apply the better vocabulary teaching learning strategies so that the students are able to really master the words, especially in using and pronouncing the words. It is important to develop better vocabulary mastery since it helps the students master the other English skills. It is also important to give vocabulary exercises for the students in teaching learning process so that the students can improve their knowledge of vocabulary items, not only understanding the meanings but also in using and pronouncing the words. 2. It is suggested to the future researchers that they should be able to find the other findings about vocabulary in senior high school, for example: designing good materials of teaching English, especially vocabulary teaching learning by using appropriate strategies and principles of teaching learning vocabulary which is integrated into the other skills teaching. Therefore, besides knowing the word meanings, the students are also able to know how to use the words in the sentences and pronounce the words correctly.
