states that teaching is guiding and facilitating learning, enabling the learner to learn, setting the conditions  for learning and showing  or helping someone to  learn how to

. It means that teaching is a process that should be done by the teacher based on the experiences, knowledge and material preparation the aim of teaching can
be reached. Speaking  is  one  of  the  most  difficult,  aspects  for  students  to  master.  This  is  hardly
surprising when one considers everything that is Involved when speaking: ideas, what to  say,  language,  how  to  use  grammar  and  vocabulary,  pronunciation  as  well  as
listening  to  and  reacting  to  the  person  we  are  communicating  with

.  On  the  other hand, teaching speaking is kind of teaching language skills that have been tought for
many  years  ago.  It  is  very  important  both  for  learners  and  the  teacher,  because through  this  teaching,  the  teacher  can  have  the  student  become  reviews  their

There are three basic reasons why a good idea to give students speaking task: 1.
Rehearsal:  getting  students  to  have  a  free  discussion  gives  them  a  chance  to rehearse having discussions outside the classroom.
2. Feedback: speaking task where students are trying to use all and any language
they know provides feedback for both teacher and students. 3.
Engagement: good speaking activities can and should be highly motivating. If all the students are participating fully and if the teacher has set up the activity
properly,  give  sympathetic,  useful  feedback,  they  will  get  satisfaction  from it

. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that speaking teaching is a very
important part of learning a foreign language. The ability to communicate in a foreign language cleary and efficiently contributes to the success of the learner in school and
success  later  in  every  phase  of  life.  Therefore,  it  is  essential  that  foreign  language teachers pay great attention to teaching speaking by providing students with adequate
exposure with the language and with adequate motivation to communicate through it. Rather  than  leading  students  to  pure  memorization,  providing  a  rich  environment
where  meaningful  communication  takes  place  is  desired.  With  this  aim,  teacher

33 should  be  aware  of  the  problems  that  may  face  in  conducting  the  English  speaking
class starts from the problem faced by the students and the teachers, in addition, the problem from the language itself that is not spoken in the community.
