82 IR E A NNU A L R EPO R T 2014 D in a m ik a P ro g ra m d a n K eg ia ta n K el em ba g a a n Berkaitan dengan program CSR, Desa Wukirsari termasuk sering bekerjasama dengan perusahaan, saat ini mereka se- dang menjalin kerjasama dengan BCA terkait dengan kredit untuk usaha bagi para pengrajin batik. Pada kesempatan ini rombongan diajak untuk mengenal desa berpengala- man bekerjasama dengan perusahaan, seperti apa bentuk kerjasama yang dilaksanakan dan bagaimana desa meren- canakan kerjasama tersebut. Hari kedua adalah hari yang cukup serius, sepanjang hari peserta diajak berdiskusi tentang peluang yang dapat dik- erjakan oleh CSR perusahaan bekerjasama dengan desa di dalam wadah UU Desa. Dalam kesempatan ini hanya humas atau bagian CSR KKKS saja yang terlibat dalam kegiatan, se- dangkan untuk jurnalis media lokal diajak ke Cepu untuk melihat tempat pelatihan yang dimiliki oleh SKK Migas. Keg- iatan terbagi dalam dua sesi, sesi pertama semua perusahaan KKKS mempresentasikan kerja-kerja yang sudah dilakukan selama ini berkaitan dengan pengembangan masyarakat. Setelah semua KKKS memaparkan hasil kerjanya, Dr. Bam- bang Hudayana membingkai semua presentasi KKKS untuk menarik pembelajaran dari peran KKKS dalam pembangu- nan di desa. Sesi kedua mengulas tentang peluang KKKS bekerjasama dengan desa, hal-hal yang harus termuat dalam perencanaan desa, baik RPJMDes Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa yang berumur enam tahun, maupun RKPDesa Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Desa yang berumur satu tahun. UU Desa mengamanatkan desa harus memiliki satu perencanaan dan satu anggaran atau biasa diistilahkan ‘one planning-one budget’. Perusahaan KKKS diberi peluang berkerjasama dengan desa selama program tersebut ma- suk dalam perencanaan desa yang dibahas di dalam Musdes Musyawarah Desa. 83 IR E AN N U AL R E P O R T 2 1 4 T h e D yn a m ic s o f T h e P ro g ra m a n d T h e A ct ivit ie s o f T h e In st it u tio n Related to CSR programs, Wukirsari Village could be consid- ered as a village that frequently had cooperation with com- panies. At that time, it cooperated with BCA in terms of credit for batik artisan business. In this occasion the group was in- vited to get to know the village experienced in cooperation with companies, what kind of cooperation was implemented and how the village planned such cooperation. The second day was a quite serious day. The participants were invited to discuss the opportunities that could be done by the CSR of a company in collaboration with a village under Village Law. In this occasion, only public relations or the CSR of KKKS were involved in the activities, while the journalists of local media were invited to go to Cepu to see the train- ing area owned by SKK Migas. The activities were divided into two sessions. n the first session, all KKKS companies presented the works that had been done related to commu- nity development. he development of society. After all KKKS showed the results of their work, Dr. Bambang Hudayana framed all presentations of KKKS to gain lessons from the roles of KKKS in village development. In the second session, there was a review on the opportunities of KKKS to cooper- ate with villages and things that should be included in village planning, either six year RPJMDes Village Medium Term De- velopment Plan or one year RKPDesa Village Development Action Plan. Villages Law mandates that villages should have one plan and one budget which is usually called as ‘one planning – one budget’. KKKS companies were given an op- portunity to cooperate with villages as long as the program was included in village planning discussed in Musdes Vil- lage Meeting.
