PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia continued Bank Mandiris equity participation in the framework of establishment of MCI was approved by the OJK per its the letter No. S-48PB.312015 regarding Application for Approval of Equity PT Bank Mandiri Persero, Tbk. for the establishment of Venture Capital Company on June 11, 2015. As of June 26, 2015, the establishment of MCI was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights through letter No. AHU-2445684.AH.01.01 2015. MCI has obtained a license to carry out business activities in the field of venture capital on 10 November 2015 through the OJK letter No. SR-6035NB.111 2015 stating that MCI may carry out full operational activities.h.
