The net profit in 2006 increased by 720 amounting to Rp.287 billion compared to the year 2005 which
amounted to Rp.35 billion. The said increase was mainly due to the profit from foreign exchange rate
difference and the sales of fixed assets.
PT Infokom Elektrindo Infokom In 2006, a merger has been made between PT
Infokom Elektrindo Infokom and PT Elektrindo Nusantara, in that further operational activity shall be
under the name of PT Infokom Elektrindo Infokom.
Infokom will continue to be positioned as a company to satisfy the needs for information, technology and
infrastructure for company group. Currently Infokom is the largest provider of Premium SMS in Indonesia.
The
operating
revenue of Infokom in 2006 increased by 7.6 amounting to Rp.277 billion compared to the
year 2005 amounted to Rp.258 billion. The said increase of revenue was mainly due to the increase
of the revenue from Value Added Services VAS which recorded an increase amounting to 107.5
compared to year 2005.
The operating profit of Infokom in 2006 amounted to Rp.5.7 billion, a decrease compare to the year 2005
which amounted to Rp.23 billion. The decrease was due to the decrease of the margin gained by the
company from the Value Added Services business segment.
In line with the decrease of such
operating
profit then the net profit of Infokom in 2006 decreased to Rp.8.7
billion, decreased by 54.7 compared to the net profit in 2005 amounting to Rp.19 billion.

Laba bersih pada tahun 2006 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 720 yaitu sebesar Rp.287 miliar
dibandingkan tahun 2005 yaitu sebesar Rp.35 miliar. Peningkatan tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh dari
keuntungan selisih kurs mata uang asing dan penjualan aktiva tetap.
PT Infokom Elektrindo Infokom Pada tahun 2006, telah dilakukan penggabungan PT
Infokom Elektrindo Infokom dengan PT Elektrindo Nusantara, sehingga kegiatan operasional
selanjutnya menggunakan nama PT Infokom Elektrindo Infokom.
Infokom akan terus diposisikan sebagai perusahaan yang memenuhi kebutuhan informasi, teknologi dan
infrastruktur untuk grup perusahaan. Saat ini Infokom merupakan provider Premium SMS yang terbesar di
Indonesia.
Pendapatan usaha Infokom pada tahun 2006 meningkat sebesar 7,6 yaitu sebesar Rp.277 miliar

sebesar Rp.23 miliar. Penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh menurunya margin yang diperoleh perusahaan
dari segmen usaha Value Added Services.
Sejalan dengan penurunan laba usaha tersebut maka laba bersih Infokom pada tahun 2006
mengalami penurunan menjadi sebesar Rp.8,7 miliar, menurun 54,7 dibandingkan laba bersih tahun 2005
yaitu sebesar Rp.19 miliar.
IV. Portfolio Investasi
Di bawah PT Bhakti Investama Tbk: 1. PT Bhakti Investama Tbk merupakan salah satu
pemegang saham pada PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk CMNP dengan jumlah
of ownership of 9 which constitutes an investment of the Company in the field of Toll
roads infrastructure.
2. PT Bhakti Investama Tbk is also a shareholder of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk FREN indirectly amounting
to 6 of ownership other than indirect shareholding through PT Bimantara Citra Tbk.
3. Additionally PT Bhakti Investama Tbk also has an option to purchase 20 shares of PT MNC Sky
Vision or INDOVISION. 4. PT Bhakti Investama Tbk owns 40.7 of ownership in
PT AGIS Tbk. PT AGIS Tbk is a holding company for companies engaging in the field of distributor,
marketing and sales of multi-brands electronic goods. At the end of 2006 the Company has
divested 40.7 of the shares it owned in PT AGIS Tbk.
