1. Financial Services Sector PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk BCI, is a subsidiary
overseeing several subsidiaries engaged in the sector of financial services and the capital market, which
among others are:
• Bhakti Securities B Sec.,a company engaged in
the securities sector covering Financial Advisory, Brokrage Services, Underwriting Services and
Business Research Development Services.
Bhakti Securities has its head office in Jakarta and currently is supported by a branch network spread
out in various large cities such as: Jakarta, Semarang, Malang, Magelang, Solo, Surabaya
and Batam. Until 2006 Bhakti Securities owns 10 operations branch offices and in the future
expects to open several new branch offices in several cities in the Western Indonesia region
Balikpapan, Makasar and others to strengthen its customer distribution network and to bring Capital
Market business services closer to all layers of the Indonesian public.
In the supply of Financial Advisory services, Bhakti Securities provides consultation in the sectors of
Restructuring, Mergers Acquisitions, Origination and Syndication in addition to other corporate
actions. For brokerage and Underwriting Services, Bhakti Securities also serves all Equity Instruments
Shares, Warrants, Right, etc, Debt Instruments Bonds, Convertible Bonds, MTN, FRN,
Government Bonds, etc. Bhakti Securities is in the meantime also quite active in underwriting
issuance of both shares as well as bonds.
In 2006, Bhakti Securities successfully achieved the 2nd National rating as underwriter for issuance of
shares with a market share of 11.6, where in the same year Bhakti Securities underwrote the Initial
Public Offering of two of its affiliate companies, namely PT Indonesia Air Transport Tbk and
