Based on the interview data, Yeni is a conscious student who has the tendency to respond to the condition and the people around her. She would notice
and appropriate her environment. In the fifth theme that I collected indicate that she assess the not only herself but also her lecturer and the approach that he uses
in the classroom. Yeni admittedly confessed that she had trust issues with other people, meaning to say that she does not trust people easily but once she is hooked
up by someone she will put a great deal of trust into that person. This notion is reflected in the learning process of writing test type by collecting information
about the person who teaches her in classroom, a rather odd but familiar circumstances.
I think i prefer older and more experienced lecturer because I am under the impression that he is more than capable in teaching the materials but he
understands the students psychology better so in return he can help better with the students ideas or logic. Yes absolutely, it provides security for me

Yeni has to know the extent of knowledge the lecturer has and to do this she would collect information about his previous work, how much contribution has he
done in the field that he is currently teaching and by comparing the way he gives instructions in class with other lecturer or teacher and make conclusion herself.
Scepticism can have a positive impact in ones learning process but apparently in Yenis case is a little bit over the top.

Yeni persist that by having a strong role model during her learning process would provide a psychological security and motivation to learn, besides the
obvious learning model. In the context of learning writing text types, admittedly there are many variables that come into play and the role of the lecturer is one of
the few essential details that she noticed. She perceive her lecturer as one of the source is attaining knowledge and skills to improve her writing, moreover to learn
a little bit about his background will benefit her in terms of motivation aspect. Hence, he must have a good competence to pass her standard for becoming one of
her learning role model. This signifies the concept of learning in social context that, learning is a process of human life and happens in a social and cultural
context, viewing at learners in connection with the social and real world where they interact Warschauer, 2005, including the mentor or the lecture in her case.
In the current teaching paradigm, the focus of the learning and teaching has changed greatly, the focus from being a teacher centered to learned centered is
a good thing meaning to say that students will have more freedom to actualized herself better in classroom and the teacher may step in if necessary, However in
Yenis case at times she invites the lecturer to step in more frequently, this behavior is the based on the notion that the more frequently engage with the
lecturer and leave more room so that the lecturer have more control over her learning process, will result positively for her. I believe that this is a sign of
insecurity towards her work even though most of the times my evaluation of Yenis product of writing indicate a good progress.

Another interpretation that I get from this behavior is that Yeni put a great deal of trust towards her lecturer since he had passed her standard of being a role
model hence his word is not to be taken for granted. Yeni realized the importance of role model for her personal benefit and to cherish that she manifested it as
being well behaved student in class that is to pay attentively to what the lecturer had to say, engage in any form of discussion that has been instructed by her
lecturer and furthermore complete her task on datelines. I think I always try to complete my homework or assignment but
sometimes I just cant do it, maybe because I have something to do or just completely forgot about the homework altogether. AL-LS-E7
I belief that having a strong role model in classroom would be a great complement for the classroom instruction in order for the students to progress, and in Yenis
case it has definitely has some impact on her academic life.
