c. Penghasilan Kapal Penumpang
Realisasi penghasilan pada tahun 2014 mencapai sebesar Rp 2,544,809 juta atau 97,18 dari
anggaran sebesar Rp 2,618,724 juta, bila dibandingkan realisasi tahun 2013 sebesar
Rp 2,119,781 juta, atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 425,028 juta, atau 20,05.
d. Biaya Usaha Kapal Penumpang
Jumlah realisasi biaya tahun 2014 sebesar Rp 2,412,219 juta atau 99,19 dari anggaran
sebesar Rp 2,431,956 juta, bila dibandingkan realisasi sampai dengan tahun 2013 sebesar
Rp 2,280,303 juta, atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 131,916 juta, atau 5,79.
e. Laba Rugi Usaha Kapal Penumpang
Realisasi usaha kapal penumpang tahun 2014 mem peroleh laba sebesar Rp 132,590 juta atau 70,99
dari anggaran laba sebesar Rp 186,768 juta, bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2013 yang
rugi sebesar Rp 160,522 juta, atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 293,111 juta.
f. Kendala Operasional Kapal Penumpang Tahun 2014:
Kinerja Kapal Barang
a. Alat Produksi
Jumlah armada kapal barang pada akhir tahun 2014 sebanyak 4 empat unit, kapal type Caraka
yaitu 1 satu unit kapal sudah dijual KM Caraka Jaya Niaga III-1 dan 3 tiga unit kapal dibareboat
charterkan. Tahun 2014 belum terealisasi rencana pengoperasian 1 satu unit kapal cargo, 1 satu
unit kapal tanker, dan 2 dua unit kapal tongkang.
b. Laba Rugi Usaha Kapal Barang
Realisasi pada tahun 2014 kapal barang rugi sebesar Rp 19,983 juta dari anggaran laba sebesar
Rp 36,612 juta, dan bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2013 rugi sebesar Rp 24 juta,
mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp 19,959 juta.
Kinerja Usaha Non Perkapalan
a Penghasilan Usaha Non Perkapalan
Realisasi penghasilan usaha non perkapalan tahun 2014 sebesar Rp 62,591 juta atau 81,96 dari ang
garan sebesar Rp 76,371 juta, bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2013 sebesar Rp 55,202 juta,
atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 3, 391 juta atau 13,25.
b. Biaya Usaha Non Perkapalan
Realisasi biaya usaha non perkapalan tahun 2014 dicapai sebesar Rp 33,602 juta atau 85,69 dari
anggaran sebesar Rp 39,212 juta, bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2013 sebesar Rp29,603 juta,
atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 3,998 juta atau 13,51.
c. Laba Rugi Usaha Non Perkapalan
Realisasi usaha non perkapalan tahun 2014 mem peroleh laba sebesar Rp 28,990 juta atau 78,02
dari anggaran laba sebesar Rp 37,159 juta dan bila dibandingkan dengan realisasi tahun 2013 laba
sebesar Rp 25,599 juta, atau mengalami peningka tan laba sebesar Rp 3,391 juta atau 13,25.
Logistic Ship Performance
a. Production Equipment
The fleet of logistic ships in 2014 consits of 4 four units, Caraka type 1 one unit has been sold KM
Caraka Jaya Niaga III-1 and 3 three units of chartered bareboats. In 2014 the operation of i
cargo ship and 1 tanker ship as well as 2 barges has not been realized.
b. Profit and Loss of LogisticCargo Ships
In the realization of 2014 the ships suffered the loss of Rp 19,983 million from the budgeted profit of
Rp 36,612 million, and if compared to the realization of 2013, there was a loss of Rp 24
million, or a decrease of Rp 19,959 million.
Non Ship Business Performance
a. Non Ship Business Income
The realization of the non ship income of 2014 ammounted to Rp 62,591 million or 81,96 from
the budget of Rp 76,371 million, if compared to the realization of 2013 which was Rp 55,202
million, or an icrease of Rp 3, 391 million or 13,25. b. The Fee of Non Ship Business
The realization of the business fee of 2014 reached Rp 33,602 million or 85,69 from athe budget of
Rp 39,212 million, if compared to the of 2013 which was Rp29,603 million, or there was an increase of
Rp 3,998 million or 13,51 c. ProfitLoss of Non Ship Business
The realization of non ship business of 2014 amounted to Rp 28,990 million or 78,02 from the
budgeted profit of Rp 37,159 million and if compared to the realization of 2013 laba which
was Rp 25,599 million, or there was an increase of Rp 3,391 million or 13,25.
