, Canada, entered into a BlackBerry Consumer BBM License Agreement.
Sesuai dengan ketentuan pada Perjanjian tersebut, CMW:
Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, CMW: i Telah mendapatkan lisensi sesuai dengan
Konsumen BBM di Wilayah, yang lisensinya eksklusif dalam Area Eksklusif dan sebaliknya
non-eksklusif Lisensi untuk Konsumen BBM Konsumen, dan merek dagang dan merek

operating, CMW BBM within the scope of the License to Consumer BBM;

menyediakan perangkat keras, infrastruktur, keahlian, dan
pengetahuan, termasuk menurut Rencana Transisi, untuk mendukung operasional dari
CMW BBM dalam lingkup Lisensi untuk Konsumen BBM;
iii Will
develop and
procure hardware,
infrastructure, expertise, and know-how, including pursuant to a Transition Plan, to
support the operation of CMW BBM within the scope of the License to Consumer BBM;
iv Mengembangkan
dan meningkatkan
BBM Konsumen dalam lingkup Lisensi untuk BBM
Konsumen, dengan biaya dan beban yang ditanggung CMW, termasuk untuk yang mana
dianggap tepat oleh CMW:
a. Memperoleh Pelanggan BBM Konsumen baru
b. Mengembangkan CMW
BBM untuk
mendukung tambahan Platform Layanan untuk Pelanggan BBM Konsumen
c. Memperkenalkan atau mengembangkan model iklan inovatif untuk CMW BBM
d. Meningkatkan kapasitas
penjualan langsung dari CMW BBM
e. Meningkatkan layanan
application programming
interface API
untuk membuat
eco-platform sistem
BBM Konsumen yang komprehensif
iv Develop
