2.1 Produk Domestik Bruto dan Penduduk Gross Domestic Product and Population
Jumlah penduduk Indonesia tahun 2010 mencapai 237 juta jiwa atau
meningkat rata-rata 1,48 per tahun sejak tahun 2000. Pada saat ini sekitar

Total konsumsi energi final pada tahun 2010 mencapai 1.012 juta SBM
dengan laju pertumbuhan antara tahun 2000-2010 sebesar 3,09 per tahun
yang didominasi oleh penggunaan BBM di tahun 2010 mencapai 31, sedangkan
konsumsi biomasa berupa kayu bakar dan

2.3 Ketenagalistrikan Electricity
Perkembangan penggunaan energi untuk pembangkit listrik di tahun 2010
masih didominasi batubara sebesar 23,96 juta ton atau sebesar 96,32 juta SBM.
Selama tahun 2000-2010 pemakaian BBM meningkat sekitar 6,38 per tahun,
batubara meningkat 6,19 per tahun, sementara penggunaan gas meningkat
sekitar 2,16 per tahun. The development of energy use for
power plant in 2010 was dominated by coal, i.e. 23.96 million tons or 96.32 million
BOE. During the 2000-2010 period fuel consumption increases about 6.38 per
year, coal increases about 6.19 per year, while gas use increases about 2.16 per
year.

Kapasitas pembangkit
listrik di
Indonesia 2010 mencapai 31,6 GW, terdiri dari kapasitas pembangkit listrik
PLN dan IPP. Bauran kapasitas terpasang pembangkit PLN didominasi 35 oleh
PLTU, 26 oleh PLTGU, 12 oleh PLTA serta 9 oleh pembangkit EBT lainnya.
