Bank Mandiri untuk mencapai pertumbuhan yang Keberlanjutan, pada tahun 2016, Bank Mandiri berhasil
mendapatkan pengakuan dari berbagai Lembaga Independen Pemeringkat GCG di Indonesia dan di Asia.
Berikut adalah daftar Lembaga Independen Pemeringkat GCG dan jenis penghargaan GCG yang
diperoleh Bank Mandiri sepanjang 2016: • The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance
IICG, memberikan rating “Predikat Sangat Terpercaya” selama sepuluh tahun berturut-turut
sejak tahun 2007 hingga 2016 dalam kegiatan Corporate Governance Perception Index.
• Governance Asia, memberikan penghargaan kepada Bank Mandiri sebagai “ICON on Corporate
Governance”; • Indonesia Institute of Corporate Directorship IICD,
dengan predikat “Best Overall” dalam kegiatan 8

IICD Corporate Governance Award; • Economic Review, memberikan penghargaan
“GCG Terbaik ke-1 Lembaga Keuangan Bank terbuka BUKU IV” dalam kegiatan Indonesia GCG
Award II- 2016 IGCGA-II-2016; • Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi KPK, yang
memberikan predikat “BUMN dengan Sistem Pengendalian Gratifikasi Terbaik” dalam kegiatan
Hari Anti Korupsi Internasional 2016; • The Indonesia Institute for Corporate Governance
ICCG Majalah SWA, memberikan penghargaan “The Most Indonesia Trusted Companies”
dalam kegiatan Good Corporate Governance Award 2016.
In relation to GCG implementation and in line with the Bank Mandiri efforts to achieve sustained growth,
in 2016, Bank Mandiri succesfully attained recognition from various trusted GCG Independent Ratings
Institutions in Indonesia and in Asia. A list of Independent GCG Ratings Institutions and
types of awards attained by Bank Mandiri throughout 2016 is as follows:
• The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance
