SURVEI KEPUASAN LINGKUNGAN Public SatiSfaction SurveY Pupuk Kaltim berupaya melakukan peningkatan bantuan kepada masyarakat secara terus menerus dan berkelanjutan dengan melakukan survei Kepuasan Lingkungan untuk menghitung indikator kepuasan masyarakat di sekitar Perusahaan terhadap kehadiran Pupuk Kaltim. Hasil survei tersebut diharapkan juga memberi hasil yang mampu memicu terjadinya perubahan paradigma masyarakat terhadap Perusahaan khususnya dan juga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk pembaharuan keputusan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat di sekitar Pupuk Kaltim. survei Kepuasan Lingkungan dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa PKBL Pupuk Kaltim tidak henti-hentinya ingin memberikan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat sekitar.
