1. Recommendations to ELESP Lecturers

Based on the research results, it is proven that classroom management had become a problematic thing for some of the ELESP practice teachers when they needed to teach in the School Practice Program. There were many classroom management problems experienced by the practice teachers. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the ELESP lecturers remind the future practice teachers about the importance of having good classroom management before they have a School Practice Program. Moreover, the lecturers should also give a good example of how to manage a classroom and how to handle classroom problems to their students, who are the future practice teachers. Thus, by seeing good examples from the lecturers, students are expected to be able to understand how to have good classroom management and how to handle classroom problems.

2. Recommendations to ELESP Students

The researcher recommends that ELESP students read this research carefully. The ELESP students, especially those who have taken the School Practice Program, are expected to be able to prepare themselves well when they need to work as real teachers in a school. They can read the classroom management problems found through this research, along with the possible solutions to the problems, so that when they work as real teachers in a school, they can prevent and solve classroom management problems similar to the problems found through this research. 69 Having known the fact that the former practice teachers have experienced some problems in managing classroom, the ELESP students who have not taken the School Practice Program should prepare themselves well before having the School Practice Program. Teaching in the real classroom is not only about giving students learning materials, discussing them together and testing st udents‟ understanding about the materials. It is also about having good classroom management. Therefore, the researcher recommends that the future practice teachers read some books, articles, or journals related to the classroom management so that it is expected that they will have less problems when they have the School Practice Program.
