PROVISION FOR POST-EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS Perusahaan dan entitas anak menyiapkan pencadangan imbalan untuk karyawannya yang akan mencapai usia pensiun pada saat berumur 55 tahun sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 132003 tanggal 25 Maret 2003. Program imbalan pasca-kerja ini tidak dikelola oleh Perusahaan dan entitas anak.
