Waiter : what would you like to order? John : I’d like to have a food
Waiter : which food do you want? omelete or fried egg?
John : fried egg, please. Waiter : all right and what would you like to drink?
John : I want to order a cup of tea. Waiter : A fried egg and a cup of tea. Your order will be ready in a few minutes.
