F. Desain Manhole

Manhole adalah lubang pemeriksaan yang diperlukan pada saat pembersihan atau pemeriksaan pada bagian dalam vaporizer. Direncanakan manhole di pasang pada bagian atas vaporizer dengan ukuran standar 20 in, berdasarkan rekomendasi API Standard 12 C Brownell and Young, App. F, dengan spesifikasi : Tebal shell = 38 in Tebal flange = 38 in Jumlah = satu Ukuran potongan : - Weld A = 316 in - Weld B = 316 in Panjang sisi = 45 ½ in Lebar reinforcement W = 54 in Diameter manhole, ID = 20 in Maksimum diameter lubang, Dp = 24 ½ in Diameter plat penutup cover plate = 28 ¾ in Diameter bolt circle, D B = 26 ¼ in Sketsa detail desain manhole ditunjukkan pada Gambar F.7 di bawah ini : Gambar F.13 Detail desain manhole
