3.1.3. Struktur Organisasi
Pada perusahaan besar dimana aktivitas dan tujuan semakin komplek maka tujuan tersebut dibagi ke unitu yang terkecil atau sub organisasi.
Struktur organisasi merupakan hal yang paling penting dalam perusahaan yang menggambarkan hubungan wewenang antara atasan dengan bawahan
maupun bawahan dengan atasan. Masing-masing fungsi memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang melekat sesuai dengan ruang lingkup pekerjaannya agar
