LAPORAN TAHUNAN BANK SYARIAH BUKOPIN 2009
Depreciation cost for the year ended in 2009 and 2008 each respectively valued Rp. 2.232.071.900,- and Rp. 1.070.235.191,-.
Premises, excluded land, on December 31, 2009 were insured against the riskslosses of fire and other risks by PT. Asuransi Bringin
Sejahtera Artamakmur and PT. Jasa Asuransi Indonesia under blanket policies with a total coverage of Rp. 24.000.388.205,- which
the management believes that this coverage is to cover possible losses arising from such risks.
Assets in settlement represent transactions which have not yet been reconciliation over its recognition into one of the assets
account or existing expenses and still in process of settlement. As of December 31, 2008, payable represent transactions over the
sales of head office building in Salemba that is still in process of land rights extension therefore the land rights ownership name
have not yet being transferred. PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin
