perjalanan

perseroan bermula dari sebuah bank umum, yakni pt Bank persyari-katan indonesia yang diakuisisi oleh pt Bank Bukopin, tbk, yang selanjutnya dikembangkan dan dikonversikan menjadi bank syariah. pt Bank persyarikatan indonesia didirikan berdasar-kan akta nomor 102 tanggal 29 Juli 1990 di hadapan notaris Dr. Widjojo Wilami, S.h., di Samarinda, kalimantan timur, dengan nama pt Bank Swansarindo internasional.

Setelah memperoleh izin operasi syariah dari Bank indonesia (Bi) pada 27 oktober 2008, pada 9 Desember 2008 perseroan resmi menjalankan kegiatan operasional perbankan berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Selanjutnya, pada 11 Desember 2008 perseroan diresmikan oleh M. Jusuf kalla, Wakil presiden republik indonesia periode 2004-2009.

Selaku pemegang saham mayoritas, pt Bank Bukopin, tbk, senantiasa menunjukkan komit-men kuat, baik melalui penambahan modal maupun upaya-upaya lain. Salah satunya melalui pengalihan hak dan kewajiban unit usaha syariah (uuS) pt Bank Bukopin, tbk, ke dalam badan usaha perseroan pada 10 Juli 2009.

untuk fokus bisnis di industri perbankan syariah, perseroan mengambil posisi pada sektor uMkM. Sementara, bidang usaha yang menjadi

segmentasi adalah bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, minyak dan gas (migas), telekomunikasi, transportasi, pariwisata, konstruksi, dan perdagangan umum. Mengingat fungsi intermediasi perbankan tidak hanya pembiayaan, perseroan juga memperkuat sisi pendanaan melalui penghimpunan dana dari masyarakat, baik perorangan maupun

perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di tanah air. terkait dengan perkembangan industri perbank-an di indonesia, perseroperbank-an terus mengembperbank-ang- mengembang-kan bisnis dan memperluas jangkauan layanan. pada 2011 perseroan menambah 2 (dua) kantor

journey of the Company started from a commercial bank namely PT Bank Persyarikatan Indonesia, which was acquired by PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk, which subsequently developed and converted into Islamic banks. PT Bank Persyarikatan Indonesia was established by Deed Number 102 On July 29, 1990 in front of notary, Dr. Widjojo Wilami, S.H., in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, with the name PT Bank Swansarindo Internasional.

After acquiring the sharia operational permit from Central Bank of Indonesia on October 27, 2008, on December 9, 2008, the Company officially ran the operational banking activity based on sharia principles. Furthermore, on December 11, 2008, the Company is

inaugurated by M. Jusuf Kalla, Indonesia’s Vice President for the period of 2004-2009.

As the majority shareholders, PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk, always shows strong commitment, both in capital increase and in other efforts. One of the efforts was through the diversion of sharia business unit of PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk’s rights and obligations into the Company’s business entities on July 10, 2009.

For business focus in the Islamic banking industry, the Company took position in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Meanwhile, the segmentation of the business field is education, health, oil and gas, telecommunication, transportation, tourism, construction, and general trading. Considering banking’s intermediating function was not just to finance, the Company also strengthen its funding side via fund accumulation from the community, both from individuals and companies in this country.

In relation with the development of banking industry in Indonesia, the Company keep expand its business and broaden its service reach. In 2011, the Company added 2 (two) new

cabang baru, yakni kantor Cabang Makassar dan Solo, serta Cabang pembantu Surabaya. Melalui penambahan kantor cabang itu, perseroan berharap bisa memberikan kemudahan bagi para nasabah serta membuka bisnis baru bagi perseroan.

Seiring dengan pengembangan itu, perseroan juga mengupayakan peningkatan kualitas SDi yang notabene menjadi salah satu unsur terpenting dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan dan pengembangan bisnis. perseroan meyakini, SDi memegang peranan penting dalam

menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang makin ketat. terkait dengan hal itu, sepanjang 2011, persero-an telah bpersero-anyak menggelar training, workshop, dan seminar. Training tersebut ada yang bersifat mandatory, yakni karena tuntutan jabatan atau tugas seperti sertifikasi manajemen risiko, ada pula yang bersifat program khusus dengan jang-ka waktu relatif lebih lama, seperti training dasar-dasar pembiayaan, dasar-dasar-dasar-dasar operasional, atau trainingOfficerDevelopmentProgram (ODP). ada juga yang bersifat reguler, seperti training teknis operasional dan training untuk support.

untuk bidang teknologi informasi (ti), perseroan terus-menerus melakukan pengembangan guna memberikan kemudahan transaksi bagi para na-sabah. pengembangan ti tentu saja diselaraskan dengan pengembangan produk-produk e-banking dan payment gateway sesuai dengan prinsip sya-riah.

Walau usianya masih muda, perseroan telah me-miliki eksistensi yang cukup bagus di industri perbankan syariah indonesia. terbukti, selain pe-ningkatan bisnis, perseroan telah mendapatkan pengakuan berupa penghargaan dari lembaga lain, seperti penghargaan peringkat kedua untuk kategori Digital Islamic Bank Brand dalam “Digital Brand of the year 2011” yang diselenggarakan Majalah Infobank dan twinkle Spin indonesia serta penghargaan “indonesia Service to Care award” dari Marketeers yang bekerja sama dengan Markplus insight.

Along with this expansion, the Company also seek to improve the quality of human resources which is one of the most important component in the improvement of service quality and business development. The Company believes that human resources hold an important role in facing a tougher business competition.

So throughout 2011, the Company has held trainings, workshops, and seminars. Some of the training is mandatory because of jobs demand, such as risk management certification, and some them was a special program with a relatively longer period, such as basic training of financing, operational basics, or Officer

Development Program (ODP) training. Some of the training are regular training, such as operational technical training and support training.

For the information technology (IT) field, the Company develops continuously to give consumers easier transaction. The IT development was of course harmonized with e-banking and payment gateway product developments in accordance with sharia principles.

Though it's relatively young, the Company already has a pretty good existence in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. Besides business improvement, this also been proved by acknowledgements in the form of awards from other institution, such as the second rank award for The Digital Islamic Bank Brand category in “Digital Brand of The Year 2011” which is held by Infobank Magazine and Twinkle Spin

Indonesia, and also “Indonesian Service to Care Award” from Marketeers in cooperation with MarkPlus Insight.

Dengan dukungan infrastruktur, yakni ti dan jaringan yang memadai, serta SDi yang profesional dan dapat diandalkan, perseroan senantiasa optimistis mampu memberikan pelayanan prima dan memuaskan nasabah. Juga, mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat yang erat kaitannya dengan jasa dan layanan perbankan serta keuangan yang berdasarkan prinsip syariah.

Up until now, the Company has a head office located in Jl. Salemba Raya Number 55, Central Jakarta; 9 branch offices, 5 sub-branch offices; 2 cash offices; and 29 delivery channels, which are located all around Indonesia. With the support of infrastructures such as IT,

appropriate networking, and also professional and reliable human resources, the Company was optimist that it will be able to give a prime service that satisfies customers, and also answers the community’s needs that are closely related with sharia based financial and banking services.

Di tengah lingkungan global yang masih diwarnai stagnasi dan ketidakpastian, perekonomian Indonesia berkembang cukup baik dan menunjukkan ketahanannya terhadap kejutan eksternal, di mana pertumbuhan mencapai 6,5% dengan inflasi 3,79% .

Selain itu, dengan naiknya peringkat utang Indonesia menjadi investment grade, akan meningkatkan kepercayaan investor untuk berinvestasi di Indonesia. Sejalan dengan kondisi ekonomi domestik, perkembangan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia

berkembang pesat atau tumbuh sebesar 47,5% , sehingga pangsa pasarnya meningkat menjadi 3,7% dari total aset perbankan nasional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan perbankan syariah makin luas tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Walaupun Perseroan baru beroperasi belum genap 3 (tiga) tahun, pertumbuhan bisnis Perseroan pada 2011 dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Total aset Perseroan pada 2011 meningkat sebesar 24,4% atau menjadi sebesar Rp 2,73 triliun. Sedangkan, pembiayaan yang berhasil diberikan adalah sebesar Rp 1,92 triliun, tumbuh sebesar 18,95% . Sementara itu, dana pihak ketiga (DPK) yang berhasil dihimpun mencapai Rp 2,29 triliun, atau tumbuh sebesar 41,30% jika dibandingkan dengan 2010 yang sebesar Rp1,62 triliun.

Amid the global environment which still marked with stagnation and uncertainty, Indonesia' s economy developed quite well and showed the resistance to external shocks, in which the growth has achieved 6.5% with 3.79% inflation.

In addition, the increase of Indonesia’s debt rating has become investment grade, will increase investor confidence to invest in Indonesia. In line with domestic economic conditions, the development of Islamic banking industry in Indonesia, growing rapidly or grew by 47.5%, so the market share has rose to 3.7% from total national banking assets. This has shown that the Islamic banking services has more widely spread throughout Indonesia.

Even though the Company has not yet operating for 3 (three) years, the Company’s business growth in 2011 was quite good. Total assets of the Company in 2011 increased by 24.4% or become Rp2.73 trillion. Meanwhile, the successful financing given was Rp1.92 trillion, grew by 18.95%. Di tengah guncangan krisis utang Eropa dan Amerika Serikat (AS), ekonomi nasional sejauh ini tetap tumbuh positif. Di saat bersamaan, Perseroan juga berhasil mencapai kinerja baik, seperti harapan pemegang saham dan seluruh stakeholders.

Makro-Ekonomi

Jika dicermati, sepanjang 2011 ada semacam dikotomi antara kondisi makro-ekonomi global dan nasional, khususnya antara kondisi makro-ekonomi di negara-negara maju, Eropa, dan AS yang mengalami turbulensi ekonomi dengan negara-negara emerging market, yang justru tetap mampu menjaga pertumbuhan ekonominya dengan baik.

Demikian juga dengan perekonomian Indonesia yang tetap tumbuh. Ekonomi Indonesia pada 2011 relatif lebih baik daripada 2010. Ekonomi nasional pada 2011 tumbuh 6,5% , lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan tahun sebelumnya yang 6,1% .

Kondisi yang baik tersebut pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada industri perbankan nasional. Sampai dengan akhir Desember 2011, kredit dan penghimpunan DPK secara year on

year (yoy) masing-masing mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 24,59% dan 19,07% dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama 2010.

Perbankan Syariah Nasional

In the midst of crisis shocks from Europe and the United States (U.S.) debt, national economy so far manages to grow positively. At the same time, the Company has also managed to achieve good performance, as hoped by shareholder and stakeholders.

Macro-Economy

If observed, there’s a sort of dichotomy between the state of global and national macro-economy throughout 2011, especially between the macro-economy condition in developed countries like in Europe and the US which are going through economical turbulence, with emerging market countries, which manage to keep their economy grow positively.

However, Indonesia’s economy keeps growing. Indonesia’s economy in 2011 is relatively better than in 2010. The national economy in 2011 grows as much as 6.5%, a bit higher compared to Indonesia’s economy growth in 2010 that’s only 6.1%.

That good record eventually impacted positively to national banking industry. Until the end of December 2011, credit and accumulation of third party funds by year on year individually grows as much as 24.59% and 19.07% compared to the same period in 2010.

National Islamic Banking

Along with the improvement of the national economy condition, Islamic banking

performance also manages to improve. This fact was indicated by Islamic banking performance indicator by December 2011, such as Islamic banking’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) reaches

33. Liabilitas penyediaan modal minimum

a. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Bank Indonesia No. 26/20/KEP/DIR tanggal 29 Mei 1993 yang telah dirubah dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi Bank Indonesia No. 31/146/KEP/DIR tanggal 12 November 1998 tentang Liabilitas Penyediaan Modal Minimum Bank, yaitu bahwa bank umum wajib menyediakan modal minimum sebesar 4% dari aktiva Tertimbang Menurut Resiko, pada akhir tahun 1998 dan secara bertahap menjadi minimal 8% pada akhir tahun 2001, sesuai dengan peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 3/21/PBI/2001 tanggal 13 Desember 2001.

34. Manajemen risiko

Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya, Bank senantiasa berhadapan dengan risiko yang merupakan risiko bawaan dalam setiap kegiatannya antara lain dalam bentuk risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas, risiko pasar dan risiko operasional sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan Bank yang baik (Good Corporate Governance) dan pengelolaan risiko yang terintegrasi dan berkesinambungan. Sistem pengendalian risiko di PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin mulai disesuaikan dengan mengacu pada ketentuan Bank Indonesia dan ketentuan intern PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin, antara lain menyusun Pedoman/Sistem Operasional Prosedur Manajemen risiko dan melakukan secara berkesinambungan sosialisasi kepada seluruh jajaran PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin agar manajemen risiko dapat terimplementasi sebagaimana diharapkan, dan melakukan revisi berbagai buku Pedoman/Sistem Operasional Prosedur melalui kerjasama dengan pihak konsultan.

Risiko kredit

Dengan diterbitkannya peraturan Bank Indonesia mengenai Penerapan manajemen Risiko Bank Umum maka program kerja bank dalam manajemen risiko diarahkan dan dikembangkan sesuai dengan pedoman Bank Indonesia tersebut.

34. Risk Management

In conducting its activites, the Bank always come face to face with risks that are in nature in every activities in form of credit risks, liquidity risks, and operational risks, therefore a good corporate governance, continuous and integrated risk management is essential.

Risk management system in PT Bank Syariah Bukopin is in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations and internal regulations of PT Bank Syariah Bukopin, which is composing a guidelines/Risk Management Procedure Operational System and continuously socializing to every level of PT Bank Syariah Bukopin to ensure a well implementation of risk management and revising various manual book/operational procedure system through cooperation with consultant.

Credit Risk

With the publication of Bank Indonesia regulation on implementation of commercial banks risk management, the Bank programs in risk management are directed and developed in accordance with the regulations. 33. Liability on providing minimum capital - continue

Sebagai lembaga intermediary, PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin ikut menyalurkan fasilitaspembiayaan dan tidak dapat dipungkiri akan berhadapan dengan risiko sebagai akibat kegagalan counterparty dalam memenuhi kewajibannya. Untuk mengeliminir risiko maka Bank dalam menyalurkan pembiayaan tetap selektif dan mengacu pada prinsip pemberian kredit yang sehat dan prinsip kehati-hatian secara konsisten, memantau dan mengevaluasi perkembangan kolektibilitas pembiayaan, penyelamatan kredit berkala sesuai ketentuan. Membentuk Penyisihan Penghapusan Aset Produktif (PPAP) untuk mengcover aktiva produktif bermasalah. Sebagai tindakan preventif dilakukan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya menusia melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan pengelola kredit baik secara intern maupun ekstern.

Risiko likuiditas

Bank sangat mementingkan penjagaan kecukupan likuiditas dalam memenuhi komitmennya kepada para nasabah dan pihak lainnya, baik dalam rangka pemberian kredit, pembayaran kembali simpanan nasabah, maupun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan likuiditas operasional.

Bank menjaga likuiditas dengan mempertahankan jumlah aktiva likuid yang cukup untuk membayar simpanan para nasabah, dan menjaga agar jumlah aset yang jatuh tempo pada setiap periode dapat menutupi jumlah kewajiban yang jatuh tempo.

Aset likuid bank terutama terdiri dari penempatan pada bank-bank lain dan lembaga keuangan lainnya, SBI, giro pada Bank Indonesia dan kas. Apabila Bank memerlukan likuiditas, dengan segera Bank dapat menarik cadangan dana dalam giro pada Bank Indonesia, menjual SBI dengan perjanjian pembelian atau mencari pinjaman di pasar uang antar bank di Indonesia. Cadangan utama Bank terdiri dari cadangan Giro Wajib Minimum dan kas di kantor-kantor cabang.

Saat ini peraturan Bank Indonesia mewajibkan bank-bank di Indonesia untuk menjaga (Giro Wajib Minimum) secara harian, dalam bentuk simpanan tanpa bunga pada Bank Indonesia sekurang-kurangnya sebesar 5% dari kewajiban pihak ketiga bukan bank dalam Rupiah.

34. Manajemen risiko - lanjutan

As intermediaries’ institution, PT Bank Syariah Bukopin facilitates credit distribution and will surely face the risks due to failure of counterparty in settling its Liabilities. To eliminate the risks, the Bank facilitates credit selectively and referring to principles of a healthy credit i nancing and cautiousness, consistently monitoring and evaluating progress in credit collectability, credit redemption periodically according to the regulations. Establishing provision of earning assets liabilities write-of (PPAP) to cover troubled earning assets.

Enhancement of human resources quality through trainings and education in credit management internally and externally are taken as preventive action.

Liquidity Risk

The Bank is concerned over the importance of reservation of liquidity adequacy in fuli lling its commitment to the customers and other parties, in credit i nancing, return of customers’ deposits and to cater the need of operational liquidity.

The Bank reserve its liquidity by reservation of total adequate assets to deliver the customers deposits and to maintain that the number of assets due in every period cover the due numbers of liability.

The Bank liquid assets consists of placement with other banks and other i nancial institution, SBI, current accounts with Bank Indonesia and cash. In the event Bank needs liquidity, the Bank may withdraw fund reservation in current accounts with Bank Indonesia, sales of SBI with a sales agreement or inter banks borrowings. The Bank’s main reservation consist of minimum obliged current account and cash in branch oi ces.

Currently Bank Indonesia regulations obligate banks in Indonesia to reserve daily minimum obligated current accounts, in form of no interest deposits in Central Bank of Indonesia at least 5% of non banking third parties liabilitys in rupiah.

Pengendalian likuiditas senantiasa dilakukan dengan cara melakukan keseimbangan antara sumber-sumber dana dan pemanfaatannya, sehingga benar-benar masih dalam limit risiko yang dapat diterima dan memberikan kontribusi berupa proi t yang wajar, yang pengelolaanya oleh Divisi Treasury dan Tim Alco (Asset Liability Comitee).

Risiko pasar

Risiko pasar merupakan risiko yang timbul dari pergerakan tingkat suku bunga maupun nilai tukar yang ada di pasar dari portofolio yang dimiliki oleh Bank, sehingga pengendalian risiko pasar hanya melalui mekanisme penempatan dana pada bank lain dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat suku bunga dan kesehatan bank yang menawarkan.

Risiko operasional

Pengelolaan resiko operasional dilakukan dengan terus melakukan penyempurnaan atau penyesuaian sistem dan prosedur, pengem-bangan teknologi informasi secara kesinambungan dengan harap-an dapat memenuhi kebutuhharap-an atau harapharap-an nasabah. Untuk me-menuhi kebutuhan ini harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mempunyai integritas yang tinggi melalui program penetapan limit/otorisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan baik inhouse training maupun eksternal dan berkesinam-bungan serta menetapkan prinsip pengenalan nasabah dengan harapan risiko operasional dapat terkelola dengan baik. 34. 36. Kelangsungan usaha

Dengan ditetapkan arah kebijakan pengembangan perbankan syariah oleh Bank Indonesia serta adanya dukungan dari pemerintah dengan dikeluarkannya peraturan perpajakan yang lebih kondusif sepanjang tahun 2011, industri perbankan syariah nasional tumbuh dengan volume usaha yang cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 48,50% dengan pertumbuhan dana yang dihimpun sebesar 39,90% dan pembiayaan 34,90%. Pertumbuhan tersebut juga dicapai oleh Bank dengan angka pertumbuhan aset sebesar 24,43%, pembiayaan 18,95% dan dana pihak ketiga 41,30% hingga per akhir bulan Desember 2011.

Sejalan dengan pencapaian kinerja 2011, Bank membuat rencana bisnis tahun 2012-2014 yang disusun dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan usaha dan kondisi internal Bank serta faktor-faktor eksernal seperti pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional tahun 2012 yang diproyeksikan sebesar 6,7%, tingkat inl asi 5,3%, serta indikator-indikator ekonomi lainnya yang dapat mendukung perkembangan usaha perbankan syariah.

Target jangka pendek

- Dengan mempertimbangkan kinerja bank pada tahun 2011, pada tahun 2012 Bank menargetkan pertumbuhan aset sebesar 24% atau tumbuh sebesar Rp. 628.550.000.000, pembiayaan 30% atau tumbuh sebesar Rp. 603.530.000.000, dana pihak ketiga 30% atau tumbuh sebesar Rp.

621.360.000.000 dan laba sebesar Rp. 26.230.000.000. - Pengembangan usaha dalam jangka pendek diarahkan untuk

pertumbuhan pembiayaan dan usaha terutama segmen UMKM, meningkatkan penghimpunan sumber dana masyarakat, memperkuat permodalan, meningkatkan kualitas aktiva produktif serta perkuatan Sumber Daya Insani (SDI), outlet, pelayanan, TI, dan meningkatkan kualitas pengendalian resiko dan kepatuhan.

Target jangka menengah

Pengembangan usaha dalam jangka menengah diarahkan pada pengembangan usaha konsumer, mikro dan peningkatan fee based.

Untuk mencapai visi dan misi sesuai dengan arah kebijakan, Bank menetapkan langkah-langkah strategis sebagai berikut : - Pengembangan Usaha dengan Fokus Pada Sektor UMKM

36. Business performance

With the developments of policy direction of sharia banking that has been set by Central Bank of Indonesia and with the support from the government by the issuance of more favorable tax legislation during the year 2011, Islamic Banking Industry grew by a relatively high business volume that is equal to 48.50% with growth in funds raised amounted to 39.90% and 34.90% of i nancing. Growth was also achieved by the Bank with an asset growth rate of 24.43%, 18.95% of i nancing, and third parties funds up to 41.30% as of end December 2011.

In line with achieving 2011 performance, the Bank made a business plan for the year 2012-2014 prepared by considering the development of business and internal conditions of the Bank and external factors such as national economic growth in 2011 is projected at 6.7%, 5.3% of inl ation rate, as well as other economic indicators that can support the development of sharia banking business.

Short Term Objective

- Considering the Bank’s performance in 2011, in 2012 the Bank targeted asset growth of 24% or Rp628,550,000,000, 30% of i nancing or Rp603,530,000,000, third parties fund of 30% or Rp 621,360,000,000 and a proi t of

Rp26,230,000,000.

- Business development in the short term aimed at i nancing and business segments growth, especially MSMEs, to increase the accumulation of public funds sources, to strengthen the capital, to improve assets quality and strengthening of human resources, outlets, services, information technology, and to improve quality control and risk compliance.

Mid Term Objective

Business development in the medium term is aimed at consumer business development, micro, and increase of fee based.

37. Opini Dewan Pengawas Syariah

Berdasarkan surat No.018/DIR/BSB-JKT/II/2012 tanggal 16 februari 2012 mengenai penyampaian Laporan Hasil Pengawasan Dewan Pengawas Syariah semester II Tahun 2011 Bank Syariah Bukopin, No. 01/DPS/BSB-JKT/II/2011 tanggal 3 Februari 2012. Dalam opini tersebut Dewan Pengawas Syariah mengeluarken opini - opini terkait produk dan aktivitas bank. Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Bank Indonesia tentang pelaksanaan Good Corporate Govermance (GCG), Dewan Pengawas Syariah juga melakukan uji petik atas transaksi bank dengan Hasil pemeriksaan.

37. Sharia Supervisory Board Opinion

Based on letter No. 018/DIR/BSB-JKT/II/2012 dated February 16, 2012 on delivering the Sharia Supervisory Board Monitoring Result Report on the second semester of the year 2011 of Bank Syariah Bukopin, No. 01/DPS/BSB-JKT/II/2011 dated February 3, 2012. In the opinion the Sharia Supervisory Board gives opinions on the Banks’ products and activities. In order to fuli ll the Bank of Indonesia regulations on implementation of Good Corporate Governance, the Sharia Supervisory Board also did a quote test on the bank’s transaction with the monitoring result.
