BAB VI KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
a. Kesimpulan
Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan pada bab sebelumnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa:
1. Sebesar 59,4 penderita demam berdarah dengue yang datang berobat ke Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah tahun 2011 berusia
≥ 15 dengan jumlah penderita paling banyak yaitu laki-laki 54,7 . Sebesar 90 terdiagnosis
demam berdarah dengue pada derajat 3 dan 4. Penderita demam berdarah dengue pertama kali datang ke Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah mayoritas
jumlah trombositnya yaitu ≤ 100000mm³ sebesar 57,6 dan hematokritnya
yaitu 20 sebesar 59,3. 2. Berdasarkan Analisis Kaplan Meier pada ada faktor yang berhubungan secara
signifikan dengan kesembuhan penderita demam berdarah dengue dari beberapa variabel tersebut yaitu derajat demam berdarah dengue
3. Hasil analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi cox menyatakan bahwa: ℎ

Ini berarti derajat demam berdarah dengue merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi kecepatan kesembuhan penderita demam berdarah dengue di
Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah tahun 2011
b. Saran
1.
Karena jumlah kejadian demam berdarah dengue setiap tahun pasti ada maka diharapkan agar tenaga medis dapat memeberikan pelayanan terbaik dalam
menangani hal tersebut khususnya dokter.
2.
Berdasarkan penelitian ini, agar diharapkan para petugas kesehatan bisa melihat derajat demam berdarah dengue pasien dari awal masuk rumah sakit
dan bisa dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam menangani kasus demam berdarah dengue tersebut.
3.
Kepada para peneliti untuk tetap mengembangkan peneletian-penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai demam berdarah dengue agar bisa muncul informasi-
informasi baru mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kecepatan kesembuhan penderita demam berdarah dengue.
