1. Sharpening Problems

The researcher worked with the collaborators to identify the areas which were problematic and in need of change. The first thing they did to address the problems was analyzing the data gained from the observation and the interviews. Based on the collected data, there were a variety of problems identified which were related to the teacher, the students, and the teaching learning process. Table 4 will give clear descriptions about them. 2. Selecting Problems

Because of some circumstances, not all of the problems found in the field could be solved. That is why the researcher tried to narrow the focus of the problems to solve. In this case, the researcher had a discussion with the English teacher to rank the problems in order of importance then determined the feasible problems to fix. The selections of those problems are presented below.
