The mean score is improved from 65.58 in Post-test 1 to 86.25 in Post-test 2. Therefore, it can be concluded that Play School DVD can improve students’ vocabulary mastery at the first graders of Kalam Kudus Christian primary School. 2. The Strengths and Weaknesses of Play School DVD when It Is Applied to Improve the Students’ Vocabulary Mastery. To find the answer for the strengths and weaknesses of Play School DVD when it is applied to improve the students’ vocabulary mastery, the researcher used CCM Constant Comparative Method to analyze the findings data. The process of CCM can be seen in the diagram below. After all the data were collected, the researcher read and analyzed the data. After the researcher read and analyzed the data, she found the phenomenon that that always appeared in the data. The researcher then coded the entire phenomenon and put the data based on categories. After that, the researcher analyzed which data were suitable with the purpose of the research and which ones were not.
