Collaboration: Respondents who currently collaborate with the WBG had significantly

There were significant stakeholder differences in the respondents’ ratings for three of the qualities as an effective development partner. Respondents from
the Office of PresidentCEOMinister had the highest ratings for “the WBG being responsive to needs
” and “being inclusive,” whereas respondents from the media had significantly lower ratings. Respondents from the office of parliamentarian and the
private sectorfinancial sectorprivate banks had the highest ratings for the WBG’s “collaboration with other donors and development partners,” whereas respondents from
the media had significantly lower ratings.
Geographic locations: Respondents across geographic locations had statistically similar
