As restated Pada tanggal 21 Desember 2009, Perusahaan membeli
saham milik PT GDS sejumlah
163.429.500 lembar saham atau 1,99 dengan biaya perolehan sebesar
Rp26.148.720.000 yang dimaksudkan untuk memiliki saham pada PT GDS secara jangka panjang yang pada
saatnya dapat meningkatkan sinergi usaha. Transaksi tersebut
merupakan transaksi
afiliasi sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Peraturan No. IX.E.1 Lampiran Keputusan Ketua Bapepam No. KEP-412BL2009 dan transaksi
material dan
perubahan kegiatan
usaha utama
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam peraturan No. IX.E.2 Lampiran
Keputusan Ketua
Bapepam No.
KEP 413BL2009 tanggal 25 Nopember 2009 yang memerlukan
persetujuan pemegang saham perusahaan. Persetujuan tersebut telah diperoleh melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa RUPSLB berdasarkan akta Berita Acara Rapat No. 20 tanggal 15 Desember 2009, oleh
Untung Darnosoewirjo SH., Notaris di Surabaya. On
December 21,
2009, the
Company has
bought shares of stock of PT GDS amounting to 163,429,500 shares or 1.99 with the acquisition cost
amounted to Rp26,148,720,000 which will intended for long-term of ownership to GDS and increase the
business relationship among them. The transaction is an affiliate transaction referred to in Regulation No.
Appendix IX.E.1 Chairman of Bapepam No. Decision. KEP-412BL2009 and transactions that have material
value as referred to in regulation No. Appendix IX.E.2 Chairman of Bapepam No. Decision. KEP 413BL2009
dated November 25, 2009, which requires approval from the
shareholder of
the company
through the
Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting accordinge to Deed No. 20 dated on December 15, 2009 by Untung
Darnosoewirjo SH., Notary in Surabaya.
Jumlah keseluruhan kepemilikan saham investasi pada entitas asosiasi atas saham milik PT GDS pada tanggal
31 Desember 2015 dan 2014 masing-masing sebesar 180.000.000 lembar saham atau
2,20 dari jumlah saham PT GDS Catatan 7.c.
The total ownership of investment in an associates shares of PT GDS on December 31, 2015 and 2014 are
18,000,000 shares or 2.20, of total shares of PT GDS Note 7.c.
