4.1.3.3 The Process of Test
Process of test is a process in teaching-learning activities where teacher try to test the students‟ abilities by asking them some questions and orders in English.
Here, they are supposed to answer the teaher‟s questions and do her orders well in English. So, the students‟ abilities like listening and speaking skills, and their
undersatndings about some certain things and concepts are realy needed. For clear view abot how the teacher tests the students‟ abilities in this
process, we can see it from the feature of teacher- students‟ activities as follows:
4.1.3.3.1 The Teacher Gives The Test Of Numbers and Fruits’ or Vegetables’
Names
In giving some tests to students about numbers, first the teacher just gives an order for students to count the numbers from one till ten in English by using her
fingers. The students do the order by saying, “one, two, three, four, five, six, seeven, eight, nine, ten”.
Then she moves to another order by combining their knowing about numbers and fruits and vegetables into one box, then asking the students to take amont of
some of those artificial fruits and vegetables one by one. For example, the teacher asks one boy studen to take two apples from the box
by saying, “Give me two apples”, and the student finds two apples in the box, takes them out and gives them to the teacher.
Then she asks other students to do the same order but by using different names of the fruits or vegetables and also different amount of them.

Next she takes three oranges, and puts them up, and immediately the students say, “three oranges” together and loudly, and she changes with the amount and
things. In the test of this part, the teacher the Direct Method, Audio-Lingual Method,
Suggestopedia, and Communicative Approach . The techniques that are used in this test are authentic material, repetition, chain drill, memorization, and action sequence.
4.1.3.3.2 The Teacher Gives The Tests Of Colours
To test the students whether they can differe some colours, the teacher will make some test by using some interesting and joyful activities.
For example, the teacher takes some colourful artificial fruits into a box. Then she asks the students to take some things with some colours that she mentions,
one by one. She asks one boy student to give her three things with the colours are yellow, red, and gree. She says, “Give me the colour of red, yellow, and green”
Then the student looks at the artificial fruits in the box and takes the red, yellow, and green artificial fruits, and he gives them to the teacher.
The teacher, once again asks another girl student to take the same thing in the box, but with the different colour. She asks her to take the orange, blue, and purple
ones by saying, “Give me the orange, blue, and purple”. First she gives the blue artificial fruit, then the orange one, and last the purple. Sometimes, the teacher also
repeats to say the colours to remind the students about the colours that she asks them to take.
