4.1.3.3.5 The Teacher Gives The Questions Of The Parts of Body
Here, the teacher wants to know whether the students can mention some parts of body that she touches by her hands. For example, the teacher touches her hair, and
then the students say “Hair”. Then she moves to touch her eyes and the students say
“Eyes”. She changes to other parts and the students say what the name of part of body.
In the test of this part, the teacher the Silent Way, Direct Method, Audio- Lingual Method, Suggestopedia, and Communicative Approach . The techniques that
are used in this test are self correction gesture, authentic material, repetition, chain drill, memorization, and action sequence.
In this case, the activities, some emotional reactions, and some simple daily activities are not to be tested. Here, the teacher just uses those conversation in the
class in the interaction among the teacher and students, and for this purpose, students are supposed to be able to understand what the teacher says to them and do the orders
well. For the song, teacher just sings the lyric of the song, then students repeat her
and continue other lyrics by themselves till the end of the song. It shows that the

teacher use the Grammar Translation Method with the techniques are fill in the blanks by spoken not written and memorization.
In the process of test at teaching-learning activties, teacher uses the combination of Direct Method, Audio Lingual Method, Total Physical Response,
Communicative Language Learning, and Suggestopedia. It is can be seen from the explanations below:
a. Spoken language to students in daily conversation is important than written
language Audio Lingual Method b.
The purpose of this process is communication Communicative Language Learning
c. Simpe daily conversations are used in the class in playful atmosphere

Teachers give some questions and orders to students Direct Method e.
Teachers just use the target language when they give some questions and orders to
students and students also answer them in the target language Direct Method
The techniques that are used in the process of test are: a.
Teacher sets the situation and codition in the class enjoyable classroom et up. b.
Introducing by using authentic things to test about the color, numers, and the amount authentic material and sound color chart
c. Giving the simple conversation that makes children easy to understand and
remember conversation practice and language game d.
Learning language enjoyable and using gesture creative adaptation and self correction gesture
e. Giving commands to asked the students or classmate toperform an action using
commands to direct behavior , role reversal, and action sequence

CHAPTER V CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
5.1 Conclusions
Based on the analysis of the teaching methods and techniques applied at Budi Dharma Kindergarten, during the teaching and learning process in Cherry B
Class, I finally could draw some conclusions and suggestions as follows: a.
The aim of learning English is for communication use the language rather than studying the language.
b. There is no certain formal target for the students in learning English, instead of the
evaluation from the teachers about the programmes that they use at certain period. c.
In teaching young learners, the relationship and the understanding among the teachers with students, and one student with others are important.
d. The important point in teaching language, especially English to young learners is
how to give the understanding about the concept of things and actions rather than the verbal words as the representation of those things or actions spoken
language. e.
The materials taught are about numbers, colours, part of body, things in the class and outside the class, some actions, and simple daily conversation.
f. In practicing the teaching – learning process in the class, teachers divide the
techniques of teaching English into three processs in which each of them uses different methods; Communicative Approach, Audio-Lingual Method, Total
