Sehubungan dengan perjanjian sewa, ABN harus mematuhi pembatasan-pembatasan antara lain:

condition, the Lessors retain the right to adjust the interest rates; and
5. Selama periode sewa guna usaha, hak milik dari objek sewa guna usaha masih ada di tangan

AND RECLAMATION COSTS AND MINE CLOSURE
Liabilitas untuk biaya pengelolaan dan reklamasi lingkungan
hidup dan
penutupan tambang
merupakan jumlah yang masih harus dibayar atas estimasi biaya pengelolaan lingkungan selama
masa tambang dan penutupan tambang yang akan terjadi pada akhir umur tambang.
The provision for environmental and reclamation
costs and mine closure relates to the accrued portion of the environmental during the mine’s life
and estimated closure costs to be incurred at the end of a mine’s life.
Estimasi untuk biaya ini dihitung secara internal oleh manajemen dengan mempertimbangkan
ketentuan perundangan yaitu Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 4 Tahun 2009 tanggal
12 Januari 2009 Tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara dan peraturan relevan lainnya.
Manajemen yakin bahwa akumulasi provisi telah cukup untuk menyelesaikan semua liabilitas yang
berhubungan dengan kewajiban pengelolaan dan reklamasi lingkungan hidup dan penutupan
tambang yang timbul dari kegiatan tambang sampai dengan setiap akhir periode pelaporan.
The current estimated costs were internally
calculated by management which consider the provisions of regulations i.e. the Republic of
Indonesia’s Law No. 4 Year 2009 dated January 12, 2009 on Mining Ore and Coal and
other relevant regulations. Management believes that the current accumulated provision is sufficient
to cover all liabilities relating to the environmental and reclamation costs and mine closure arising
from mining activities up to the end of the reporting periods.
