36 | PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk Laporan Tahunan 2013 Adhi Bertus Supit Direktur Director 52 tahun 52 years old Adhi Bertus Supit mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Ekonomi dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Trisakti Jakarta pada tahun 1986. Adhi memulai karirnya di PT. Borsumij Wehry Indonesia pada tahun 1988 melalui program Management Trainee, dan terakhir menjabat sebagai Regional Manager. Kemudian Adhi memutuskan untuk bergabung dengan Perseroan pada tahun 1994. Jabatan yang pernah disandang selama perjalanan karirnya di Perseroan antara lain adalah: Sales Operation Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, GM Process Integrator dan Associate Director Sales Operation. Adhi diangkat sebagai Direktur Operasi Perseroan pada bulan Mei 2010. Adhi Bertus Supit obtained his Bachelor degree in Economic from University of Trisakti - Jakarta in 1986. Started his career as Management Trainee in PT. Borsumij Wehry Indonesia in 1988, and his last position was Regional Manager when he decided to further develop his career in the Company in 1994. His career milestones in the Company started with Sales Operation Manager, he then assumed several positions within the Company, i.e.: Senior Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, GM Process Integrator and Associate Director Sales Operation. Started with recruiting and developing professional HR practitioners, and then followed with designing and executing a well-planned and holistic HR system. The execution of HR development programs performed was quite a success as proven by several Companys achievements in HR discipline i.e.: nd - 2 Winner Training Development Category at the Indonesia HR Excellence Award 2010 rd - 3 Winner Talent Development category at the Indonesia HR Excellence Award 2012 rd - 3 winner Talent Acquisition category at the Indonesia HR Excellence Award 2012 - Winner at Indonesian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise MAKE study for 2 consecutive year 2011 and 2012 rd - Winner and 3 Highest Score at the event of 2013 Indonesian Employers of Choice Award. Above achievements demonstrated Companys commitment seriousness in managing its Human Resources. Menyadari arti penting dan kontribusi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam eksekusi strategi dan pencapaian tujuan bisnis, maka manajemen Perseroan melakukan berbagai langkah pembenahan di bidang SDM sejak tahun 2005. Dimulai dengan merekrut dan mengembangkan praktisi SDM yang professional, kemudian diikuti dengan perancangan dan eksekusi sistim SDM yang holistis dan terencana.
