Menyadari bahwa sukses organisasi merupakan agregat dari sukses tiap individu, maka praktisi SDM di Perseroan menitik beratkan strategi-
nya pada upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kinerja dan kompetensi tiap individu, khususnya yang berada di posisi kunci.
Di samping langkah-langkah berkesinambungan yang secara rutin telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kinerja dan kompetensi
karyawan serta memperkuat kapasitas organisasi sebagaimana telah diuraikan dalam Laporan Tahunan 2012 yang lalu, pada tahun 2013
Proses Support Manajemen SDM telah melakukan eksekusi beberapa program unggulan, diantaranya adalah:
. OTIF On Time In Full Recruitment Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memastikan tersedianya SDM
In Full yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen user, baik dari sisi kuantitas maupun kualitas, serta sesuai dengan target waktu
pemenuhan kebutuhan On Time . Pada tahun 2013, kebutuhan rekrutmen dapat dipenuhi secara In Full sebesar 81 dan On Time
sebesar 71. 2. 3 Links
Komitmen perusahaan terhadap upaya memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan terkait dengan Employee Retention direalisasikan
dalam program 3 Links yakni: Fit Link: kesesuaian dengan kultur perusahaan,
Social Link: menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang membuat karyawan merasa betah dan nyaman di Perseroan, dan
Financial Link: tercukupinya kebutuhan karyawan sehingga karyawan akan merasakan adanya financial pain jika
meninggalkan perusahaan. Pada tahun 2013, tingkat total employee turnover adalah 12.3 dan
tingkat manager turnover adalah 2.4. 3. Safety 1st
Praktek keselamatan kerja dan implementasi kebijakan yang menyertainya merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh para
karyawan dalam rangka pengendalian risiko yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan kerja guna terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang
aman, efektif, dan produktif. Pada tahun 2013, program Safety 1st telah di- roll out ke 24 cabang Perseroan. Danone Group telah
melakukan Safety Audit di cabang-cabang: Makasar skor 40.5, Bandung skor 42.5, Surabaya Malang skor 45.75, dan
Jogjakarta skor 46.75. Hasil-hasil ini dinilai sangat menggembirakan karena merupakan skor tertinggi di dunia untuk
Commercial Division Danone Baby Nutrition . Selama tahun 2013 juga tidak ditemukan adanya kecelakaan kerja yang bersifat fatal.
4. Situs Perangkat Elekronik Aplikasi Karyawan SpeaK SpeaK merupakan perangkat lunak yang diharapkan mampu
mengakomodir kebutuhan karyawan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara cepat dan langsung, serta mempersingkat proses kerja dari,
yang awalnya, manual based menjadi online based. 1
SUPPORT PROCESS HR MANAGEMENT Realizing that the success of an organization is an aggregate of success
of each individual, therefore HR practitioners will focus its HR strategy on the efforts of improving motivation, performances and competencies of
each individual, in particular employees in key positions.
Apart from steps taken which have routinely conducted for ensuring improvement of employees motivation, performances and
competencies, and for enhancing organizational capacity as aleady explained in last 2012 Annual Report of the Company, the Process
Support HR Management has executed several leading programs, among others are:
1. OTIF On Time In Full Recruitment To objective of this program is to ensure HR availability In Full to
satisfy needs of customers users from the perspective of quantity as well as quality, and in accordance with the time plan set for fulfilling
the need On Time. The accomplishment of recruitment requirements in 2013 were 81 In Full and 71 On Time.
2. 3 Links The Companys commitment in an effort to provide support for the
employee in line with the Employee Retention plan are arranged in form of program 3 Links, i.e.:
Fit Link: in alignment with the Companys culture, Social Link: creating proper working environment that made
employees feel convenient and comfortable staying with the Company, and
Financial Link: satisfying the financial need of the employee so that they will feel financial pain if they leave the Company.
During 2013, the rate of total employees turnover was 12.3 an the rate of managers turnover was 2.4.
3. Safety 1st The practice of work safety and the implementation of related policy is
something that employees have to comply in order to manage work related risks within working environment, in an effort for creating safe,
effective and productive working environment. In 2013, Safety 1st program had been rolled-out to 24 Companys branches. Danone
Group had conducted Safety Audit in several branches, i.e.: Makasar score 40.5, Bandung score 42.5, Surabaya Malang score
45.75, and Jogjakarta score 46.75. Results were considered very satisfied as the score was the highest in the world for Commercial
Division Danone Baby Nutrition. Furthermore, there was no fatal working accident experienced during 2013.
4. Situs Perangkat Elekronik Aplikasi Karyawan SpeaK SpeaK is an application software which is expected to be able to
accomodate the need for employees for accessing information fastly and directly so that reducing time length of processes, from manual
based to online based.
