Anne Versus William and Her Mother

Therefore, he sends Anne to marry the King of England. Anne is chosen as King Henry’s bride. She leaves her hometown and goes to England to do her duty, leads the king to reform. Unfortunately, the King rejects Anne and tries to annul the marriage. Even though Anne’s life is in danger, her brother never does anything to save her. Anne is a self-reliant woman. She does not like for being ruled both by her brother and her mother. She agrees to marry the King of England and takes a change to rule a bigger country than Cleves. It can be seen through Anne’s thought about her brother. If she can do her duty as Queen of England then she will show her brother and her mother that she can do better than they do.
