B. Suggestions
This study provided the important information dealing with the students’ perception on implementation of the teaching lower semester program in
developing their teaching skills. The suggestion included in the information obtained from the students. Therefore, the researcher tried to give suggestion for
maximizing the use of the implementation of teaching lower semester. The following suggestions were suggested for the Microteaching students,
Microteaching lecturers, lecturer of lower semester and the researcher interested in doing research on the similar topic.
1. For Microteaching Students who Conduct Teaching Lower Semester
Program
Before teaching lower semester, the students should make preparation in material and media well. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient class
observation lower semester class and lesson consultation with the lecturer of lower semester class. From the observation, the students could identify the class
situation, lower semester students’ learning needs and the last but not least, the teaching model performed by lecturer of lower semester class. Through lesson
plan consultation, the students might get many benefit suggestions and ideas from the lower semester lecturer to perform good teaching.
Subsequently, the student should be proactive to communicate to the Microteaching lecturer if they find any difficulty in the implementation of the
teaching lower semester program. The last is that the students should create the warm and comfortable class situation while teaching by showing the friendliness

73 and having active interaction to the lower semester students. That factor
considerably affects the students’ successfulness in teaching lower semester students.
It seems that the worrisome when getting trouble in the beginning of the teaching will affect the whole teaching process. Thus, the students had better to be
tough and relax in facing unexpected things happen in the class while teaching. If the teaching is not satisfying, the students should accept it as a process which
normally occurs in learning, so they will not stop to develop their teaching skills.
2. For the Lecturers who Teach Microteaching
From the very beginning of the Microteaching class, the Microteaching lecturers could explain the procedure of teaching lower semester program in detail
about what they should do from selecting the lower semester class to the end of the teaching lower semester program. The lecturers could cooperate with the
ELESP secretariat to provide the list of available lower semester classes for the program. The Microteaching students can use it for searching the available classes
for the lower semester teaching program. After having the agreement with the lecturer of lower semester class, the students should inform it to ELESP
secretariat to up date the list of available lower semester class. Therefore, it could help the student to avoid any difficulty in doing on the program especially in the
time of selecting the lower semester class.

3. For the Lecturers whose Classes Used for Teaching Lower Semester
