3. Activity 3

Study the following models of dialogue and identify the structure, then define which expression showing thanking and the responses. Dialogue 1 Rini is returning Farida’s english book. Rini : Ida, here is your english book. Thank you so much. Farida : Don’t mention it. Dialogue 2 Anita is giving Intan a doll on her birthday Intan : This doll is so funny. It’s very nice of you. I can’t thank you enough. Anita : It’s my pleasure.

4. Activity 4

Complete these two dialogues below. Good luck.  1. Your friend treats you for having dinner out. You : Could you accompany me for having dinner tomorrow night? I’ll treat you. Your friend : Really? Sure. Thanks a bunch. You : No problem. 2. Your friend gives you a lift to the town. You : How very kind of you. Thank you for giving me a lift to the town. Your friend : You are welcome.

E. Kegiatan Pembelajaran

a. Pendahuluan 10 menit

1 Guru memberi salam. 2 Guru mengajak peserta didik untuk mengawali kegiatan dengan berdoa. 3 Guru memeriksa kehadiran siswa 4 Guru meyakinkan dan mengkondisikan peserta didik agar siap untuk mengikuti pelajaran. 5 Guru membangkitkan motivasi peserta didik agar senang dalam pembelajaran. 6 Guru melakukan apersepsi dengan mengajukan pertanyaan untuk mengarahkan peserta didik ke materi pokok. 7 Guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran serta kegiatan dan evaluasi yang akan dilaksanakan ceramah, tanya jawab, demonstrasi dan penugasan.
