E. Research Procedures

This stage will be conducted in two cycles in which each includes four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The following procedure is as follows: 1. Cycle I a Planning The beginning step in this research is planning which is the researcher and teacher determine what material will be teach to student and make planning what will researcher do in cycle I. 1 Make lesson plan RPP that will be discuss with teacher. The researcher explain to teacher about what things should be done during the research. 2 Arrange the material. 3 Arrange questions list that will be asked to students class XII Social Program 2 SMA Negeri 1 Pengasih. b Action In this step, researcher doing the research based on the planning. While, observer will observe all the students activity during the learning. Teacher researcher divide the students become six groups with 4-5 members. They will get handout from the teacher. Up to time limits, teacher researcher take back the materials. 35 Then, teacher researcher scrap wide paper with dash line inside of it to the blackboard. Next, teacher researcher ask each group with questions they can raise their hand or teacher point out them. Each group should discuss the answer. They not allowed to answer more than four times. If they cannot answer, they get fail and it will be other groups chance to get the score. For them who fail, they will get punishment like singing, acting in front of the class. For them who can answer the questions, they will get score and reward, such as stationary, etc. c Observation In observation step, observer do observation by writing all the things that happen during the learning in observation sheet. d Reflection Reflection is an effort to review all the things that happen during the learning. In this steps, teacher and researcher analysize the data so they will get information about goodness and weakness in cycle I. 2. Cycle II a Planning In this step, researcher try to repair the weakness in cycle I. It done based on reflection that already discuss with 36 the teacher. They also do the same things before doing the learning, as follows. 1 Make lesson plan RPP that will be discuss with teacher. The researcher explain to teacher about what things should be done during the research. 2 Arrange the material. 3 Arrange questions list that will be asked to students class XII Social Program 2 SMA Negeri 1 Pengasih. b Action In this step, teacher researcher will teach the students again the by implementing Hangaroo Games. During the learning, teacher researcher is expected to repair the weakness in previous learning. c Observation In observation step, observer do observation by writing all the things that happen during the learning observation sheet. For example writing the students activity in answering the questions or activity when they discuss the questions with their own group. d Reflection In this step, researcher evaluate the learning that implementing Hangaroo Game with teacher. Accounting learning activity of the students is should be evaluate too. Is that 37 any improvement from cycle I to cycle II or not.
