74 3 The researcher should add voice or audio in the designed interactive multimedia in order to draw students’ interest in doing the practices. 4 The researcher should add more information related to the designed interactive multimedia whether it will be used by teacher or students.

G. Design Improvement

After evaluating the designed interactive multimedia, the researcher revised the designed interactive multimedia based on the feedback, comments, suggestions, and criticisms given by the participants. There are some points of the designed media that the researcher revised. The descriptions of the revisions are as follows: 1. The researcher put audio in the start page containing music and voice telling the orientation and the content of the designed materials so that it would be clearer for both teacher and students to have a framework about the lesson. 2. The researcher revised the grammatical errors and misspelling found throughout the interactive multimedia. 3. The researcher added voice instruction to the all instructions which facilitate students to practice in order to encourage them to speak. As a result, when students read the instructions there would be the audio could be heard also. 4. The researcher revised the goal and general purpose by adding the Standard Competence and Basic Competence of listening skill because the listening skill was integrated with the designed materials. 75 5. The researcher revised the learning objectives in order to provide clearer information in identifying what the students would know and be able to do by the end of the lesson. 6. The researcher added information to whom the programthe materials would be used. The program was used by teacher as a media to learn English while the students would be distributed handout containing the written information. The researcher appreciated the suggestions addressed to the researcher as a consideration to revise the materials. However, not all the suggestions from the participants would be applied in the design interactive multimedia because of the researcher’s consideration. The suggestion to make materials into one page one screen was possible but the researcher thought it was not necessary. It was because the researcher wanted to emphasize on three sections which are Lead in activity, Language focus, and Communicative task. That was why each section was made into one screen. The next suggestion that the researcher thought not to apply was to trim the video and add order to repeat in order to create students’ oral production. The researcher put the students’ oral production after watching the video by retelling the contentpoint from the video.
