Sistem pengendalian intern yang menyeluruh Proses sistem pengendalian intern Bank cukup efektif ditandai dengan berjalannya antara lain: • Penetapan wewenang dan tanggung jawab untuk pemantauan kepatuhan kebijakan, prosedur, dan limit; • Policy of business continuity plan business continuity plan or business continuity management. c. Comprehensive internal control system The process of the Bank’s internal control system is efective, marked by the implementation of: • Determination of authority and responsibility for monitoring compliance to policies, procedures and limits; Laporan Tahunan 2016 | BANKALTIM 2016 annual report | BANKALTIM 290 • Struktur organisasi yang menggambarkan secara jelas tugas dan tanggung jawab masing- masing unit dan individu; • Pelaporan Keuangan dan kegiatan operasional yang akurat dan tepat waktu; • Dokumentasi secara lengkap dan memadai terhadap cakupan, prosedur-prosedur operasional, temuan audit, serta tanggapan pengurus Bank berdasarkan hasil audit; • Veriikasi dan kaji ulang secara berkala dan berkesinambungan terhadap penanganan kelemahan- kelemahan Bank yang bersifat material dan tindakan pengurus Bank untuk memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang terjadi. 2. Pengungkapan mengenai eksposur risiko dan penerapan Manajemen Risiko Bank secara khusus, yang terdiri dari: a. Risiko Kredit Risiko Kredit adalah risiko akibat kegagalan debitur danatau pihak lain dalam memenuhi kewajiban kepada Bank. 1.
