BAB V KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
Pada bab ini akan diuraikan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini beserta saran-saran yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini.
A. KESIMPULAN
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut:
1. Modal psikologis terbukti memiliki hubungan positif dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada salesperson.
Artinya, semakin tinggi modal psikologis maka semakin tinggi kesejahteraan psikologis salesperson. Sebaliknya,
semakin rendah modal psikologis maka semakin rendah kesejahteraan psikologis salesperson.
2. Masing-masing dimensi modal psikologis self-efficacy, hope, resiliency, optimism berkorelasi positif dengan kesejahteraan psikologis, yang
artinya bahwa semakin tinggi masing-masing keempat dimensi tersebut maka semakin tinggi pula kesejahteaan psikologis dan sebaliknya.
3. Nilai rerata empirik kesejahteraan psikologis dan modal psikologis lebih tinggi dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik menunjukkan bahwa tingkat
kesejahteraan psikologis dan modal psikologis subjek penelitian tergolong tinggi.

B. SARAN
1. Saran Metodologis a. Diharapkan pada penelitian selanjutnya mampu mengungkap
faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan tingkat modal psikologis.
b. Salesperson yang dijadikan subjek dalam penelitian ini berasal dari beberapa perusahaan yang berbeda sehingga memungkinkan
adanya perbedaan dalam hal seperti budaya organisasi, job description, yang turut mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis
karyawan. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat memperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat maka disarankan penelitian selanjutnya lebih
memperhatikan kriteria pengambilan subjek, misalnya dengan mengambil subjek yang berasal dari satu organisasi atau
perusahaan yang sama.
2. Saran Praktis Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui
bahwa dengan meningkatkan modal psikologis, maka turut dapat membantu terwujudnya
kesejahteraan psikologis individu itu sendiri. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan pihak perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan modal psikologis
karyawan adalah melalui micro-intervention yang bersifat sesi pelatihan berjangka pendek seperti self-efficacy training, hope training, goal-
oriented framework.
