5.1 Kesimpulan
1. Nilai rata-rata kerapatan panel CLT paku 0.37 gcm
3
lebih besar dibandingkan papan kontrol dan CLT perekat. Rata-rata kadar air panel
CLT paku 4.19 lebih rendah dibandingkan papan kontrol dan lebih tinggi dibandingkan CLT perekat dan tidak terlalu berbeda karena rata-rata
kadar air untuk Bogor ±15. Rata-rata pengembangan volume panel CLT paku 5.07 lebih rendah dibandingkan papan kontrol dan CLT perekat
akan tetapi tidak terlalu jauh berbeda. Rata-rata penyusutan volume panel CLT paku 3.74 lebih rendah dibandingkan papan kontrol dan CLT
perekat. 2. Nilai rata-rata MOE panel CLT paku hanya sekitar 20 dari papan kontrol
dan hanya sekitar 15 dari CLT perekat dan MOR panel CLT paku dapat mencapai 82 dari papan kontrol dan sekitar 78 dari CLT perekat.
Kekuatan lentur panel CLT paku baik tapi kekakuannya kurang baik dibandingkan CLT perekat.
3. Nilai rata-rata kekuatan lateral paku panel CLT jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan perhitungan PPKI 1961. Kekuatan geser panel CLT
paku jauh lebih besar dari kekuatan geser panel CLT perekat. Hal tersebut diduga karena paku masih sangat kuat dibandingkan kayu sengon.
4. Panel CLT dengan ketebalan lamina penyusun 1.67 cm merupakan panel yang paling optimum berdsarkan hasil pengujian keseluruhan.
5.2 Saran
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stabilitas panel CLT paku yang dihasilkan masih relatif renddah, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan
jenis kayu yang sama dengan jumlah dan diameter paku yang lebih besar.
