Program ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa Pascal, dengan aplikasi pengembangannya menggunakan Turbo Delphi. Untuk dapat menggunakan program ini, komputer pengguna harus memenuhi spesifikasi perangkat keras hardware dan lunak software tertentu. 1. Hardware o Prosesor Intel Pentium IV 2.0 GHz atau AMD Athlon 2.0 GHz o Memori DDR2 512 MB o Ruang kosong harddisk 50 MB 2. Software Sistem operasi OS-Operating System Microsoft Windows XP SP 2 atau lebih o Lingo 4 o Microsoft Office Excel 2007 Langkah-langkah penginstalan SPK Rp_JUS adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Instal program LINGO 4 ke komputer anda. 2. Setelah proses instalasi program LINGO selesai, selanjutnya instal program Rp_JUS. 3. Setelah instalasi selesai akan muncul icon Penggunaan Program Untuk memulai program, akan muncul dilayar sebagai tampilan awal yaitu sebagai berikut:
