You work in a group of ten In this activity there are two kinds of cards:
1. hotel receptionist cards 2. hotel guests cards
Each student gets a card receptionist or guest. A student acts out their role. The students who get guest card have to look for the suitable hotel based on the
remark listed in the card. The students who get receptionist cards can adjust the facilities of the hotel by themselves.
