The next result is in the form of essay question, there are 3 items 60 in good categories, 1 item 20 in the less good category and also 1 item 20 in the category of not good. Good question will be put into question bank and can be used in the next test, while for items in the less good category will be revised. The second cause of failure is distinguishing power which means the items can not be used to distinguish between high-ability students and low- ability students. The third cause of the failure is validity level, which means that the item is invalid and does not have suitability or alignment direction to the total score. The main cause of the failure of the items on essay questions is on the level of difficulty, because the item is still too easy or too difficult. Less good items need to be re-investigated on every criteria and tested again and be re-evaluated after being repaired. The good item will be stored in the question bank and can be used in the next test, but if there is no change, it should be discarded, while not good items should be deleted and not reused in the next examination.
