Workbook 1 provided communicative exercises and activities with clear instruction and reasonable numbers, and Workbook 1 also provided final achievement tests. Workbook 3 also had four fulfilments; they were availability of various meaningful and mechanical exercises and activities to practice language items and skills, availability of communicative exercises and activities with reasonable numbers and Workbook 3 also provided final achievement tests. The achievement of 57.1 fulfilment led the three workbooks got sufficient fulfilment. As presented in Table 4.1 on page 40, Workbook 1 and Workbook 3 have 72.5 fulfilment for all criteria in all aspects. English teachers may use Workbook 1 but teachers must pay more attention and give correction to misspelt words which frequently occur, and teachers also provide listening and pronunciation tasks for the students since there is a lack of listening and pronunciation tasks in Workbook 1. The same case, English teacher may use Workbook 3 either, but teachers must be very careful of grammar mistakes and misspelt words which are frequently found in this workbook. On the other hand, Workbook 2 has less achievement. After overall calculation, Workbook 2 gets 64.7 fulfilment for all criteria in all aspects. This gives Workbook 2 sufficient fulfilment as a workbook. There are many requirements for teachers who want to use this workbook. Teachers must give extra attention to unclear type, illustration, grammar mistakes, and misspelt words. Besides, teachers must provide more listening and pronunciation tasks which are rarely found in Workbook 2.
