artefacts to gain an understanding of the phenomenon under study.” The documents used in this research were considered a primary source since the researcher analysed
the workbooks directly. The researcher prepared researcher-generated documents for the subject by providing ten tables of checklists to observe the book to the following
areas.
1. General Appearance
This aspect has seven items which cover the physical appearance of the workbook. The items discuss cover, font size and type used in the workbook,
orientation page, table of contents, title for each lesson, glossary, and bibliography.
