Peningkatan kesejahteraan ini diberikan sejalan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan produktivitas SDM. Peningkatan performa karyawan dan kemampuan keuangan perusahaan juga dijaga keseimbangannya dengan penerapan disipilin secara konsisten. Hal itu sudah merupakan komitmen perusahaan. Kami juga memandang bahwa hubungan industrial menjadi titik sentral dalam rangka tercapainya iklim kerja yang harmonis serta mendukung tercapainya tujuan Perseroan. Pelaksanaan program pengembangan SDM di lingkungan Perseroan yang sudah dilaksanakan hingga 2014, di antaranya adalah:

1. Implementasi Knowledge Management

Berbagi pengalaman antar karyawan di lingkungan IPC, serta penerapan E-Learning di lingkungan Perseroan. E-Learning pembelajaran berbasis elektronik telah diterapkan untuk pembelajaran IPC Culture bagi karyawan, sehingga dapat diketahui berapa skor pemahaman mereka terhadap kultur perusahaan. Melalui E-Learning, karyawan IPC dapat mengakses berbagai modul pembelajaran.

2. Individual Career Planning

Program ini bertujuan menjadi wadah aspirasi karir yang ingin dicapai oleh setiap karyawan IPC. Melalui Individual Career Planning ICP, karyawan IPC diperbolehkan membuat rencana karir yang diinginkan. Hingga saat ini telah dilakukan penyusunan draft formulir Individual Career Planning dan telah disosialisasikan ke Direktorat SDM, Umum, dan Biro Strategis Perusahaan.

3. Pengembangan Leadership melalui Accelerating

Leadership Development Stage II - Perseroan menyelenggarakan Accelerating Leadership Development Batch 1, kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan berupa: Workshop Mindfulness, Mid Review Group Action Learning Project, Mentoring, Group Action Learning Project. Program ini melibatkan konsultan Accenture sebagai Subject Matter Expert, dan Project Sponsor dari Direksi IPC. Peserta yang terlibat pada periode ini sebanyak 20 peserta, Senior Leader yang telah diseleksi dengan ketat. In 2014, the strategy of Human Resources management was focused on optimization and competence enhancement that supported the achievement of the Company’s vision and objective. Welfare improvement was provided in accordance with increasing performance and productivity of the Human Resources. Advancement in employee performance and Company’s inancial capability are also kept in balance with consistent discipline enforcement. This has been the Company’s commitment. We also believe that industrial relation is the central point in order to achieve harmony work climate and foster the achievement of Company’s objective. Implementation of Human Resources development program within the Company that has been done up to 2014, are as follow:

1. Knowledge Management Implementation

Sharing knowledge sessions have been conducted and E-Learning has been introduced within IPC. The Knowledge Management implementation in the E-Learning electronic-based learning method by employee to study IPC Culture has been conducted, so that it can show what the score of employee comprehension towards company’s culture. Through E-Learning, IPC employees will be able to access variety of learning modules.

2. Individual Career Planning

This program is aimed to be a career aspiration medium that every IPC employee would like to achieve. Through Individual Career Planning ICP, IPC employee is allowed to create desired career planning. Up to now the creation of Individual Career Planning forms has been done and socialized to HR, General Afairs Directorate and Corporate Strategic Bureau
