the relationship between organizational justice or its subscales; and school outcomes, using either those examined in this study or others. In addition, since the current study was
conducted in middle schools, it may be worthwhile to investigate elementary schools or universities to determine whether the results presented here reflect the general situation of
teachers at all levels.
