Provisi diakui jika Kelompok Usaha memiliki kewajiban kini baik bersifat hukum maupun
bersifat konstruktif sebagai akibat peristiwa masa lalu dimana ada kemungkinan besar
bahwa untuk penyelesaian kewajiban tersebut diperlukan arus keluar sumber daya yang
mengandung manfaat ekonomi dan jumlah kewajiban tersebut dapat diestimasi secara
andal. A provision is recognized when the Group

resources embodying economic benefits will be required to settle the obligation and a
reliable estimate can be made of the amount of the obligation.

u. Capitalization of Borrowing Costs
Berdasarkan PSAK No. 26 Revisi 2011, “Biaya Pinjaman”, biaya pinjaman yang dapat
diatribusikan langsung
dengan perolehan,
konstruksi atau pembuatan aset kualifikasian dikapitalisasi sebagai bagian biaya perolehan
aset tersebut. Biaya pinjaman lainnya diakui sebagai beban pada periode terjadinya. Biaya
pinjaman dapat meliputi beban bunga, beban keuangan dalam sewa pembiayaan yang
diakui sesuai dengan PSAK No. 30 Revisi 2011 dan selisih kurs yang berasal dari
pinjaman dalam mata uang asing sepanjang selisih kurs tersebut diperlakukan sebagai
penyesuaian atas biaya bunga. In accordance with PSAK No. 26 Revised
2011, “Borrowing Costs”, borrowing costs that are directly attributable to the acquisition,
construction or production of a qualifying asset are capitalized as part of the cost of the related
asset. Other borrowing costs are recognized as expenses in the period in which they are
incurred. Borrowing costs may include interest, finance charges in respect of finance leases
recognized in accordance with PSAK No. 30 Revised
2011 and
foreign exchange
differences arising
from foreign
currency borrowings to the extent that they are regarded
as adjustments to interest costs. Kapitalisasi biaya pinjaman dimulai pada saat
dimulainya aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk mempersiapkan aset kualifikasian agar dapat
digunakan sesuai dengan maksudnya dan pengeluaran

secara substansial seluruh aktivitas yang diperlukan

dengan maksudnya. Pada tahun 2016 tidak ada biaya pinjaman yang dikapitalisasi.
Capitalization of borrowing costs commences when the activities to prepare the qualifying
asset for its intended use have started and the expenditures for the qualifying asset and the
borrowing
costs have
been incurred.
Capitalization of borrowing costs ceases when all the activities necessary to prepare the
qualifying asset for its intended use are substantially completed. In 2016 no borrowing
costs were capitalized.

Penyusunan laporan

Kelompok Usaha mensyaratkan manajemen untuk membuat pertimbangan, estimasi dan asumsi yang
mempengaruhi jumlah
yang dilaporkan
atas pendapatan,
beban, aset
dan liabilitas,
serta pengungkapan liabilitas kontinjensi, pada akhir
tahun pelaporan.

outcomes that require a material adjustment to the carrying amounts of the assets or liabilities

untuk beberapa

tertentu. Kelompok Usaha mengevaluasi apakah terdapat risiko dan manfaat yang
signifikan dari
aset pembiayaan
yang dialihkan kepada Kelompok Usaha atau
tetap ditahan oleh lessor berdasarkan PSAK No.
30 Revisi
2011, “Sewa”,
yang mensyaratkan
Kelompok Usaha
untuk membuat
pertimbangan terhadap
pengalihan risiko
dan manfaat
dari kepemilikan aset pembiayaan.
The Group has various lease agreements as lessee in respect of certain fixed
assets. The Group evaluates whether significant risks and rewards of ownership
of the leased assets are transferred to the Group or retained by the lessors based on
PSAK No. 30 Revised 2011, “Leases”, which
requires the
Group to
make judgments on the transfer of risks and
rewards of ownership of the leased assets.
