For this stage teacher are guided to make planning on digital class, and as well as to identify the possibilities of utilization of Digital Class at various situations. The stage of planning is very important. If the planning stage is done carefully and diligently, with all necessary consideration which is relevant to the program, the success of the program can be guaranteed. In particular, in this activity the teachers guided to make lesson plan, identify particular digital learning contents video, animation, pictures, etc. and Web Learning in teaching learning, e-Collaborative Learning e-Community Development, sharing Expertise on Troubleshooting, Contents e-resources. The scheme of trainingworkshop on Digital Class Development – Intermediate Level, as follows: The intermediate level workshop has just started in 2016, and already conducted in 1 location which is Ponorogo District in East Java.

3. TrainingWorkshop on Digital Class Development – Advance Level

For this stage teacher are directed to comprehend the concept and principles in developing e-learning materials which may begin from analyzing objectives, designing the whole instructional units, and implementation. Those steps are important to produce digital entities deliverable over the Internet and can be reused a number of times in different learning contexts. The main concept at this stage is the production of digital contents Video, Animation, Pictures, etc.. for teaching learning materials. The scheme of training workshop on Digital Class Development – Advanced Level, as follows: Digital Class Proile for Learning Community in Bandung City Learning Community as the result of the workshop Output The Digital Class Development has been running since 2015, many outputs have resulted. The establishment of learning community classes in various location, the massive online try out facilitated from various education level, and ICT integrated learning has been implemented in many classes by teachers, those are several indicators that indicated the fruitful digital class development program.

C. Online Training lower Secondary School Teachers

SEAMOLEC has synergizes with educational departments in Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia Kemdikbud, one of them is with Directorate for Development of Junior Secondary School Direktorat Pembinaan SMP. Directorate for Development of Junior Secondary School has a program called “SMP Rujukan” Reffered Junior Secondary School, SMP Rujukan has certain best practices and achievements both from within and outside the country. SMP Rujukan is developing education of local advantages that can be disseminated to other southeast asain countries. In short, SMP Rujukan is school that has a national and international quality based on Indonesian character and local advantages. In particular, SMP Rujukan is expected to manage and implement the four basic elements as its main feature, they are: A the digital classroom, b School-Based Management SBM implementation, c implementing the National Computer Based Exams UNBK, and d utilization of learning resources from Rumah Belajar, PUSTEKOM, Kemdikbud. In accordance with the program SEAMOLEC, to assist in implementation of the Digital Classroom, the following programs have been implemented in the Directorate for Development of Junior Secondary School: 1. National Online Test on National Exam Simulation for Junior High School on 4 March to 3 April 2016. 4.
